The location is very suitable for those who plan to visit the area around PSU, Hat Yai Bus Station, and Central Festival. However, the touristic area around the train station is 20 minutes away by songthaew (THB15/ride) or 35 minutes by foot.
The check in was smooth despite my slightly late arrival at 9 p.m. The lady owner was kind enough to upgrade me to an A/C room. The room was basic but clean. Bottled water and towel were provided. Wifi was good. I got a room facing the road, so there was some traffic noise even late at night. I managed this by using earplugs.
Overall, I recommend this place.

The TV is only set up to carry the plug by yourself, otherwise you won't be able to watch.
