I always try to choose the radisson network because I like everything they can present to me. this time I decided to save money because I arrived late and leave early. didn't go to radisson blue but went to the park inn. it was cheaper that way. I come to the reception where I ask to make me an upgrade to junior suite they told me sorry you will not be upgraded because you have a free breakfast and this is your upgrade)))) Sorry, well, this is one of my bonuses! after that he tells me that the hotel is fully loaded and there are no other rooms. I ask for two separate beds. I go to the room and there the bed is not separate. after that he gave me a superior dant (as if the hotel is full?) and there again the bed is not separate! after that I wait 30 minutes for a blanket to be brought to me! I will attach a photo where you can see that there are enough free rooms! and the junior suite that I asked for is also free! This is a complaint not only about the hotel, but also about the staff! If you enter and sign up for this company's network and the customers have privileges then they must be respected! I choose this network consciously, well, with such actions of the staff, I want to choose another hotel. I'm sure I'm not the only one! the loyalty program was invented for a reason, and this encourages you to choose a hotel of this chain wherever you are and where it is available. or maybe this boss gives them a decree so that they don’t do an upgrade, so they lose money ?! and how can you say that your upgrade is breakfast - rejoice! this is right?! If so, then no problem! I will leave this network! The hotel itself is clean, no complaints. good choice for your money. And this is more likely not a review but a complaint and resentment.
