"I chose this hotel because it was pet friendly. I was on a mission to bring my 10 yr old PomChi there for a weekend trip to the beach! Overall it was good -The first room they put me in had a terrible smell, something between a chemical or like everything had been very wet at some point. The front desk person was only going to spray air freshener but thankfully the cable wasn’t working in that room either so they had to move me. The next room smelled fine and no problems with the tv. The indoor pool was nice. The breakfast was limited due to the pandemic - mostly granola bars and bottled water, yogurt and some fruit. As I browsed, one of the owners came over and eyed me suspiciously, which made me feel very uncomfortable and like i was being profiled at the “free” breakfast. Geez. Aside from this, the location is a little awkward and one of the backroads leading to the beach takes you through a bit of neighborhood. Overall it was fine but I probably would not stay again due to the location and the experience at breakfast from the owner. "

"We enjoyed everything. Staff were all great. Room was very nice. The only complaint is the armbands. Our kids armbands broke while going down the waterside the first day we were there, and through our stay we noticed multiple people that have lost theirs. If you're going to charge $50 for loosing it, they need to be more durable. I find this extremely unreasonable since they obviously break very easily."

"Me and my husband booked a room for our anniversary and I have to say I enjoyed myself. I showed up late for my room reservation but everyone was very nice and gave us no trouble. The room was amazing and the beds were very comfortable. The oak tree cafe was delicious for lunch and breakfast. The Casino floor staff was very nice and helped us figure out what we would like to drink from the bar. I have no complaints about my stay. "
