Dirty, full of cockroaches in the room. Slow service, bad rocky beach, full of seaweed that nobody makes a single attempt to clean. Awful management, not customer responsive. A complete rip off.

Not sure why these people don’t know how to clean, got to my 1 bedroom 2 balcony suite , had other peoples hair in my bed, in my pillows, ALL OVER THE FLOOR. Really nasty, food is sub par , service is lacking. Checkin was horrible

Second stay at this hotel, travelled with family. Service was good even though there was a very large function on at the hotel at the same time. Enjoyed eating at Castle View restaurant the most, service was excellent there and cocktails amazing. Negative experience at the breakfast buffet, waiting over 30 minutes for a piece of gluten free toast! They did not even have a separate toaster in the kitchen to accomodate this request.

Very satisfied. The hotel provides 24-hour catering, which is very cost-effective and the scenery is super beautiful.

It was a great experience. The staff were great and very helpful. I didn’t like all the cats roaming around on property, but other than that, I had a blast!
