Hotel Bella

I had locked myself out my room so I had to go get another key and when I went to asked the guy that was at the front desk for an extra key.. He was all rude and then he didn’t slide or hand the get card gently he just threw it in the slot and never asked was I ok how was my staying going. He was not in a good mood to be doing customer service.. He was really rude and my room was clean but it smelled like either someone had been smoking **** in it or was in the room in next to me.. I hate the smell of that stuff and for them to have on there no smoking that’s all my room smelt like… so y’all might need to not let the guy that’s was there on 12/15/2024 around 11:30 or 12 something. cause he just lost customer than was traveling and didn’t have a good stay so thumbs down

Room did not have toilet paper holder or table. It was also very noisy all night long outside. Faucet was also leaking and stopped up in bathroom

The place is clean for what it is, yet it can improve its cleanliness. The bed sheets and covers are just dirty. It is a non-expensive place, and you get that.... but functional.

I liked the king size bed in the junior suite. I originally requested the deluxe suite, but when I found out, I was in a smoking room. I asked online if this could be changed to a non-smoking room. Which they did as soon as I got there, however what they failed to tell you is that all of the deluxe suites are smoking rooms And there are no non-smoking rooms at that level. All the non-smoking rooms are upstairs and they are smaller rooms so in this case, I did not get what I paid for, but they gave me a choice to choose the room I paid for or to choose a lesser room that is non-smoking. I chose the non-smoking room. I’m not sure what it was, but I was allergic to something in that room and woke up sneezing both mornings. By the second morning, my head was all stopped up, but I would be fine during the day on Saturday so I think it was something in the sheets or towels. The other problem with the room was that the shower does not drain and you end up with a puddle outside the door and you’re standing in water when you finish your shower.. Other than that the room was clean and I had everything I needed to complete my stay.

This is a motel not a hotel. I had an occasion over the weekend. I shared this location with family guest so that we could all be close when getting dressed for the occasion. We were upset that is was a Motel not a Hotel. My brother was able to cancel because he booked with ******* however, he is still waiting on a refund....My sister couldn't cancel and receive a refund so she stayed, because she booked with a different site. The rooms I was given were good enough for what I needed and ok for a Motel. My sister was given a room downstairs and when she went in, it smelled of smoke. She went to the front desk and was given a room on the second floor. While there two police cars came and sat by the front office for a while then they left. There is a Walmart and some fast food places in walking distance.

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in in years. Dirty, lumpy bed, cheap foam pillows, shower drain clogged, horrible towels. All sorts of sketchy things going on on-site. Stay away. I don't know who they paid to get their Excellent rating, but clearly it was worth the money.

Has great ratings so I was VERY VERY disappointed. There are NO amenities and the rooms were extremely dirty. We requested a room change and the new room was even dirtier. There were hairs all over the beds, pillows and bathroom. Graffiti on the sink… Yeah definitely disappointed but staff was very sweet and polite.

We did not wond up staying here because there was no elevator and i had my 90 year old mom with me. The hotel said they would refund but i may need to contact ******* for the refund. No one has contacted me back as of yet.
