Americas Best Value Inn and Suites IAH Airport North

booked this motel for a quick overnight stay before my flight, and while it served its purpose as a place to sleep, it offered little beyond that. The experience was disappointing from the start—stained towels, no iron, no hangers, no hot water, no coffee machine, and not even basic amenities like napkins. The hair dryer didn’t work, and noise from car traffic made it difficult to get a good night's rest. To make matters worse, there were moments during the night when the room smelled unpleasant, like a toilet. While the mini fridge and microwave were available, they hardly made up for the lack of essentials. Overall, this felt more like a one-star motel, and travelers should not expect more

Parking was adequate. Hotel needs a remodel. Furniture was marred up. Place smelled like curry and my room smelled like mothballs. Room was clean but beds a bit worn.

Room had no heat. The temperature when I checked in was 59 degrees and was supposed to get in the lower 40’s. But they had heat where you checked in at. I don’t understand how that is.

The "non smoking" room smelled of smoke, we asked for a replacement. The helpful desk clerk offered another room but it was just as bad. She sprayed our room, it helped but could still smell smoke in the shhets. There were no lamps on the end tables and towels were thin and scratchy.worthless worthless anvery thin and scratchy.

Easy and quick check in process, Friendly and helpful staff, room and property were clean and well maintained…

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was exactly as expected.

The room was filthy. Linens were filthy. Hole in the wall.
