Do not book here. The only positive thing I can say is the location is just by the exit in interstate 95. Other than that, I give it a 0 rating. The worse of the worst. We had to stay overnight only because of the long trip from Florida to Washington DC. Didn’t have a choice but to stay coz we pre paid our stay and we’re too exhausted. Even if the rate was super low, it doesn’t give them the reason to keep this place unkept. Everything in the room were filthy. I took pics to prove. Asked for bathroom tissue from the receptionist coz the roll in the bathroom was halfway done. It was 4 of us . They said they didn’t have anymore bathroom tissues. ***!! Asked them what are we gonna use? Only answer was sorry but we ran out of BR tissues. I said I guess we don’t have a choice but to use all the towels in the room. That’s when the receptionist called housekeeping then sent us 2 rolls of BR tissues.

Gave me wrong room at first
Remote turned on TV in other room and I had to check with front desk if there was another...was just odd that it turned on other room TV instead of one I was standing In front of.
Remote was missing backing and batteries had to be held in by hand with help from tape they added
Had a jacuzzi but the bubbles didn't work
All good for it was a great bubble bath at least
Large spacious room great for those traveling with friends or family

I didn't expect much from this very cheap motel, but it was beyond bad. After 5pm, you have to use a kiosk with a video terminal to check in. The lobby is locked. If you need anything from housekeeping, you won't be able to get anything in the evening. The room was not properly cleaned. Lightbulb missing from the lamp. Sink barely ran. No hand towels are provided at all. We were in the room one morning when housekeeping came by. We told them we were leaving in 10 minutes and they could come back then. They said no problem, but never did come back, so we had no bath towels for that night and could not take a shower. At breakfast, the coffee machine was broken, so for the first two days, no coffee. They eventually got another machine. Dead batteries in the TV remote, internet was hit or miss. And then there are the signs posted by the fire marshal that the second floor balcony and stairs were unsafe and not to enter. I'm sure the second floor was unoccupied, but still didn't make me feel good about having to walk under it. I'll just leave it at that.

The beds were so high one elderly person could not get into it and the metal base on the bed was noisy. TV didn't work.

It is old and very worn. Easy access to the room. A nice reception area. Batteries in the converter caroded , fixed right away. Everyone helpful. The cost was very good.
The breakfast appreciated. It looks unclean but when you try to clean, it still looks the same. Definitely needs upgrades.

The moment we walked into the entrance and could not get in the lobby around 7pm and had to use a check in kiosk without any directions we felt uncomfortable .. a face on the unit helped us check in.
No ice machines, filthy bathroom floor, no instructions for the tv, the second floor was condemned. Was our ceiling solid ?
We got up at 5;30am to leave.the breakfast area needed to be attended to.
Welcome through this area twice a year and will never stay here again.. check your back files on us staying here in the past..

The employee checking me in waited untill a commercial break in tv before checkin me in. Some guy that clams to have worked there says he is over the property over steps his boundary’s every time I walked out my room
