These small details are full of humanization. The lighting in the room is excellent. When the curtains are opened, a large amount of natural light pours in, filling the room with a warm feeling. Outside the window, there is either a quiet courtyard view or a bustling urban street view, no matter which one, it adds a bit of comfort to your leisure time. The air conditioner has a remarkable cooling and heating effect and makes very little noise, which will not interfere with your rest at all. This hotel is unexpectedly good. I have never stayed in an Ibis before. This time I had a perfect experience. Erbin is very popular and the service is not discounted. The front desk guy is very good! He actively told me where to have fun! I will come again next year! I didn't take any photos! But it's really good!

Parking is very inconvenient. The two hotels behind the hotel have their own parking lots. This is a public parking lot. The hotel room is clean and there is unknown liquid on the wall, but it is not in the way. The overall is good. In addition to being close to Sunac, it is a bit far from Central Street, Santa Sophia Church and other attractions. It is not convenient to drive. Public transportation takes more than an hour.

We had the most amazing stay in the Deluxe suite in this hotel✨️ From check-in, the staff were welcoming and very efficient in getting us settled. And all our interactions with them were pleasant. Our room was clean, warm and very lit. ​There were complimentary fruits, fruit drinks and soda. We also had access to a coffee machine in our room. ​The bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and even lotion which smelled so good, much like vetiver. ​There was an air purifier and a humidifier to help with the dry air. The breakfast was really good and I appreciated being able to do 'take-away'. I also liked seeing that the take away option was widely available and much supported by the hotel's preparation of boxes and bowls so that there wouldn't be food wastage or recycling. We were able to do our laundry (wash and somewhat dry) by ourselves. The location of the hotel was easily accessible by car and Sunac Land is 3 minutes away. We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay here again.😊

Stylish hotel in elegant high-rise building. Perfect dinner and breakfast. Location somehow distant from subway as well from the main city attractions. There is a mall opposite to the hotel, but literally no pavement to reach it by foot. No option to pay the deposit with Mastercard, nor in cash with Euro or USD. When paying with WeChat, extra fee for „international card” is added without explanation. Service will call a lift for You, but won’t explain that there is a dinner included in the booking package. You have to ask for the lobby bar voucher.

Very nice rooms and good breakfast. Location a little in the middle of new town construction sites. The mall 10 mins walk away is great for shopping and restaurants. The hotel restaurant only offered breakfast but it was ok to order deliveries in. Hotel is slightly weird in that it’s also seems to be a neo natal staycation hotel with many nurses and families members hanging out in corridors at all times of night. Main issue with the rooms was that they were 28 degrees C and there was no way to cool them down slightly to be able to sleep well. Opening the windows didn’t help and the hotel aircon was understandably set to heating the room - maybe something they can think about. Nice hotel and a good stay- just didn’t sleep well.

The front desk lady was very good, she called to help collect the birthday cake and prepared birthday gifts for the kids The hotel is close to the Ice and Snow World, Siberian Tiger Park and Galaxy Happy World, and it is easier to get a taxi than staying in Daoli District

During the Harbin Ice and Snow Festival, it was not easy to find cheap accommodations, so we decided to go to the north of the river as an alternative, and even considering the taxi fare, it was much cheaper than expensive accommodations. Thanks to this, we were able to find a cheap and clean accommodation that was not too far from the Ice and Snow World, and we had fun. It was a hotel with free cancellation, so there was no burden, and there were many delicious restaurants nearby, so we were happy. The accommodation was warm and had good hot water (this is really important!!! There are so many hotels in China that don't have good hot water...) It was nice that there were 3 of us and the rooms were separated, and the front desk staff were very kind. I don't think I'll go to the Ice and Snow World again if I go to Harbin again, but I really regret this accommodation and the nearby restaurants. ㅎㅎㅎ

The room was very clean and tidy. It is also very close to Sunac. It is also very convenient to have restaurants and pharmacies nearby. You can play in Sunac until half past nine in the evening.
