Cloud Hotel (Harbin Taiping International Airport)

Cloud Hotel is incredibly thoughtful! They offer airport shuttle service, and it's less than a 10-minute drive from the airport, which is super convenient and stress-free. The front desk staff (especially the lady who helped me) was wonderfully helpful and patient, always ready to assist with any request. The breakfast was clean, hygienic, and served in a great environment with a decent variety of options. It was a really pleasant meal. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

I specifically chose this hotel because it looked new and was close to the airport, assuming the environment would be good. I booked two standard rooms. I wasn't disappointed when I arrived; the front desk even upgraded us to a family room for free! The room was incredibly spacious and very clean, with no strange odors. We had an early flight, and they even offered a wake-up call and airport shuttle service based on our flight time. The hotel's private car got us to the airport in what felt like five or six minutes – so thoughtful!

On my last day in Harbin, a heavy snowfall arrived just as promised – it was truly a perfect send-off! ❄️ It felt like the entire city was bidding me farewell, incredibly romantic. Choosing this hotel near the airport was a brilliant decision! The 24-hour free airport shuttle made catching an early flight stress-free. After several days of sightseeing, it saved me the hassle of extra travel, which was so considerate. I had an amazing time in Harbin, and this snowfall was the perfect end to my trip. The romance of this city and the warmth of its people will stay with me. I'll definitely come back again! Highly recommend this airport hotel.

I chose a hotel near the airport for convenience, but unexpectedly, I found so much warmth there. The service from the people of Harbin is truly exceptional – warm, attentive, and welcoming. From the hotel staff to the locals I met on the street, everyone made me feel so welcome. I had an amazing time in Harbin, and this snowfall just added an extra layer of romance to the city.
