Overall, Harbin is nice place and I recommend this hotel to everyone. A bit difficult to communicate in English and Russian , but it’s Normal since you are at China 😆. The hotel staff is very friendly , and they even gone the extra mile to send me to airport at very late of the night . I insist to pay and tipping them, their actions must not gone unnoticed . Will definitely come back.

Though the hotel is very short on amenities the location more than makes up for it. This hotel is extremely convenient. The breakfast is nothing special but it is convenient and has some options for most people. The gym is also not very good. The washer and dryer service is very convenient to have, if came in handy. In general, if you need an affordable hotel and location is the highest priority I can happily recommend this hotel.

What a great hotel! It’s a little out of the way so unless you rent a car, getting around other than Didi might be a challenge. But other than that it’s an amazing place. Favorite part after a long day in the cold, the rooms heated floors are a much welcome treat.

Staff were as friendly & helpful as one would expect at an Atour - even when working over Spring Festival. A major reason I often choose this brand. I had an issue with heating in my room on the first night, but was moved to another as soon as I mentioned it. Once in my 2nd room, heating was no issue. Especially appreciated when it was -32c outside. There isn't a huge amount to do in the immediate area, but the metro station is nearby and Snow & Ice World easily accessible from there. There's also a few shops & restaurants nearby, which is handy.

Visited the ice festival as a family of 4. The room was perfect for my older children. The staff was great and very helpful.
