This 4.8 rating must be solely for the location, right? Because the hygiene, service, and facilities are a complete disaster. ❗Beware⚠️ This hotel has no heating!!! It's hard to believe there are hotels in Harbin without heating or underfloor heating; they rely solely on air conditioning for warmth!!! It's incredibly dry!! This led to nosebleeds, a sore throat, and a fever, and I'm still not well two days after leaving Harbin!!! It's truly outrageous that a place this cold has no proper heating!! The hygiene is terrible. The lobby is shared with the adjacent bathhouse, and the floor is dirty every single day. Every evening when I returned, a strong smell of feet hit me as soon as I entered the hotel! Upon closer inspection, I realized the hotel only occupies the top floor. I suspect it's an unauthorized addition by the bathhouse, which is why it can't be connected to the municipal heating system... Service is practically nonexistent. They don't have answers for anything you ask. It's truly just the bare-bones service you'd expect from a small-town inn, yet they charge four or five-star prices.
