The room was spotless and the service was excellent, making for a very comfortable stay. Hot water and heating were both readily available.

I was very satisfied with my stay, and Harbin was a lot of fun. I came with friends, and the front desk staff were all very nice. I especially want to commend Ms. Wu Yutong; she was incredibly helpful, spent a long time helping me find my delivery, and even assisted me with my very heavy luggage. The hotel is very close to Central Street, making it convenient for dining and shopping.

The front desk service was excellent, and the room was clean and tidy. Highly recommended! The hotel bedding was very comfortable. The toiletries all had a lovely sandalwood scent. There's a quiet morning market nearby, and it's not far from Central Street. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Harbin.

Excellent! I stayed at this hotel throughout my trip to Harbin. The room was very clean, and the front desk staff were all very welcoming. The hotel's location is also fantastic; there's a bus stop right outside, making it really convenient to get to all the attractions. They also offer luggage storage downstairs, which is super handy. The room even came with a small packet of laundry detergent, which was a really thoughtful touch.

First time visiting Northeast China, and the hotel's heating was excellent, with plenty of hot water. The portions of Northeastern dishes truly are huge! The front desk staff was very welcoming and even helped me with my heavy luggage, which I really appreciated. Housekeeping was always prompt, and the front desk attitude was superb.

The warm lighting in the lobby immediately made it feel cozy. The heating and air conditioning in the room were excellent, and the soundproofing was great, ensuring a really good night's sleep. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic. My friend had a hangnail and wanted to borrow some nail clippers, and the helpful young lady immediately obliged. I forgot to ask her name, but I want to say thank you again! Harbin truly is a warm city; everyone I met was so friendly. I'll definitely be back!!!

I stayed here once when it first opened two years ago, and I booked it again for my parents when they visited Harbin. The room had a slight smell of smoke, but it was too late to request a room change. The front desk staff were incredibly nice and even gave us complimentary bottled water and a fridge magnet when we checked out. Overall, we were very satisfied.

I highly recommend this Rujia hotel! The location is absolutely unbeatable, and the service is excellent. If you sign up for their membership, you get 12% off and a complimentary breakfast. The cleaning staff does an amazing job every day, the rooms are spotless. There's no smart home tech, and the TV only allows screen mirroring for specific apps. However, all the facilities and equipment are very new. The mattress and pillows are made of latex, so you won't sink in and wake up with a backache. Both the bathroom and room are spacious enough, and the bed is large too. Right outside, there are two bus stops. You can catch a bus right in front of the hotel to Hongzhuan Morning Market. Central Street is within walking distance, and a taxi ride to Harbin Railway Station won't even hit the minimum fare. Downstairs, you'll find the Anjing Street morning and night markets. The hotel is also very close to Central Street, so you'll never have to worry about food options, and transportation is incredibly convenient.

I was really satisfied with my stay. When I first arrived, I had booked two king rooms, but then I wanted to switch to a standard room. I talked to the front desk lady that evening, and after contacting Trip.com customer service, they immediately canceled the original booking and rebooked the new room. The staff even helped move my luggage to the new room. The service during my stay was excellent; they made us feel very welcome and warm. It was great! The hotel is also very close to Central Street, so we could take a stroll there after dinner every day. Getting around by taxi was also very convenient. I highly recommend everyone to stay here!

Very convenience location for sightseeing and eating. Staffs are polite and warm helpful. Housekeeping is perfect. I will come back no doubt.

The room is big and warm. Good value for breakfast. However the hotel entrance don’t have disability access, you have to walk up a few steps to reach entrance.

Location: walkable distance to Zhong Ying street, easy to get ride share car. Room: standard twin decent size & clean Free laundry facilities & luggage storage.
