Jinjue Boutique Hotel (Harbin Haxi Wanda Plaza) Reviews

This is my second time staying at the Golden Imperial Boutique Hotel, and I'm still very satisfied with the overall experience. It's especially suitable for high-speed rail transfers and business trips. The hotel's location is truly unbeatable, right next to Harbin West Station, making travel incredibly convenient. Downstairs is the core commercial district of Harbin West, with major shopping malls like Mixc World, Harbin West Wanda, and Xicheng Hongchang all within easy reach. The Haxi Golden Street downstairs is lined with various food stalls, offering a wide selection of snacks and full meals. You can easily shop, dine, and get everything done in one stop, making both life and travel very convenient. What's most thoughtful is the hotel's complimentary shuttle service to and from Harbin West Station. The vehicle is punctual, and the service is attentive, saving you the hassle of dragging luggage and hailing a taxi. This is particularly friendly for guests catching high-speed trains or transferring to flights. The hotel is a business-oriented hotel, located on two floors (17th and 18th) of a building. The overall decor is a bit old-fashioned and slightly dated, but thankfully, the basic facilities are complete. Room hygiene is well-maintained; the room is clean with no strange odors, and the bedding is fresh and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. The only minor drawback is that rooms on the second floor (of the hotel's section) do not have elevator access, requiring you to carry your luggage up and down the stairs yourself. This can be a bit inconvenient if you have large luggage. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money, convenient transportation, attentive service, and well-developed commercial amenities. If you're transiting through Harbin West or on a business trip to Harbin, this hotel is one of the best high-value options.

A fantastic experience! Facilities: The hotel room and furnishings matched the pictures perfectly. The city view king room had a spacious balcony, perfect for enjoying the scenery with your loved one. The bed and bathroom facilities were also excellent! Cleanliness: Very clean, no issues! One minor thing to note is that the room can get quite humid after a hot shower in winter, and the windows fog up, so ventilation might be a good idea. Ambiance: Wonderful! The room layout, color scheme, and palette made for a very comfortable stay. Service: Absolutely outstanding! We enjoyed a complimentary pick-up and drop-off service from Haxi, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! They also offered breakfast; if booked through Ctrip, it was only 12 yuan per person. It was simple yet impressive, with a rich variety of fresh, delicious dishes. The stir-fried tomatoes with scrambled eggs, in particular, was exactly to my taste – sweet and sour, and perfectly cooked. My girlfriend and I practically devoured a whole plate! 😋

The hotel is very nice. Good location- close to a subway station and many food options available in the area. We had a lovely view of the city from the room. The hotel is difficult to find and there are no signs indicating where the hotel is. Some staff are not very friendly though. Overall a good stay.

The room itself is pretty good, and the location is excellent. However, the building it's in is quite old and run-down, especially when compared to the modern All Seasons Hotel right next door – there's a significant difference. Plus, you have to carry your luggage up and down the stairs yourself from the front desk to your room, which is a bit inconvenient. The breakfast is a bit basic and not worth the price; you're better off eating out.

The location is very convenient, and it's easy to get a taxi. The price is also very affordable, which is great! They also offer free pick-up and drop-off from the high-speed rail West Station, but if you arrive too early, the driver might not be on duty yet. Overall, it's excellent.

The room was decent, and the heating worked very well. It's just one stop away from Harbin West, and downstairs you'll find Wanda Plaza and a whole street of restaurants. Great value for money!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and quiet. Location is near the train station. Recommend to stay here.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Giving it a good review because: 1. The front desk service was genuinely excellent. Out of the 27 nights we spent in hotels during our trip to China, spanning Chengdu, Chongqing, Zhangjiajie, Changsha, Harbin, Yanji, Changbaishan, and Xuegu, I honestly think this hotel had the best front desk service! Every staff member at the front desk was fantastic. If I could, I'd write down all their names. When we checked in, the front desk staff (whose names I didn't get) helped me carry my luggage (which was very heavy). When we checked out, Ms. Guo also proactively helped me with my luggage. The service was excellent. Ms. Yan at the front desk was also very good. Auntie Yan, who handled the cleaning, provided great service; she was always friendly, greeting us and asking how we were. 2. The room was spacious and had a sofa, making it very comfortable and convenient. The hot shower was also very relaxing. 3. On my floor, there were two washing machines and two dryers, which was very convenient for doing laundry. There are many places to eat downstairs. Recommendation: There's a "Nanjing Soup Dumpling Noodle Restaurant" nearby. The name of the shop is Yuan Xiang Ju (please see the pictures for the exact name). The owner is very friendly, and the food is delicious and affordable. They have soup dumplings, noodles, and more.

Had a fantastic stay! They offer free shuttle service to and from the station, and you can even have food deliveries brought right to your room. The heating in the room was excellent, and the central air conditioning allowed for good ventilation even in winter. Service was also very good. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and there were plenty of snack stalls around the hotel. The only minor thing was that the left side of the projector screen seemed a little blurry, but it was hardly noticeable unless you really looked closely. At this price, just book it – the value for money is absolutely superb.

The self-service breakfast area isn't huge, but it offers a great variety. The wontons, handmade by the auntie, are delicious, and you can also try Harbin's Qiu Lin red sausage. There are malls and supermarkets nearby, making shopping very convenient. It's also very close to the subway station, about a five-minute walk. Plus, they offer a free shuttle service to and from Haxi Station, which is super convenient for getting around.

Good location, just a couple hundred meters fr KaiShengYuan Metro station, next to Wanda Shopping Mall @ Harbin West. I called the hotel using Trip.com internet call, and managed to book a transfer from Harbin West HSR station to the hotel. The breakfast is OK, and there is washing machine and dryer to do your laundry. Room is very spacious. One of the room, the bathroom light is faulty. Highly recommended for this price range.
