Room Cleanliness: Very clean, excellent hygiene. Environment: There's fruit and flower tea available on the first floor, and in December, for Christmas, there was a beautiful Christmas tree. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to Central Street, and less than a 10-minute walk to Saint Sophia Cathedral. The hotel staff were also very enthusiastic and helpful.

The room was quite clean, offered great value for money, and was conveniently located near the subway station.

Great location, close to the morning market, Saint Sophia Cathedral, and the train station. The room was clean and tidy. The heating was excellent, very warm, and you could also use the AC if it got too hot, making for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended! ✔️

The hotel boasts a convenient location, within walking distance to Saint Sophia Cathedral, Central Street, Daoli Vegetable Market, and the morning market. Harbin Railway Station is also very close, and Metro Line 2 is just around the corner. The room was clean and bright, with relatively new facilities and warm, attentive service. The actual stay perfectly matched the pictures, making it highly recommended.

I stayed at the Ocean Hotel for a week, and the environment and hygiene were both excellent. The location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options within a three-kilometer radius. It's a short walk to Central Street and Saint Sophia Cathedral, and Harbin Railway Station is only about a 10-minute walk away. The hotel service was also very thoughtful, and the housekeeping staff were attentive. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The young lady at the front desk was incredibly warm and welcoming; she even gave me earplugs when I checked out. I'll definitely stay here again next time! Definitely five stars for Ocean Hotel! I was transiting through Harbin on my way to Yichun and booked this hotel in advance for just over 200 RMB a night. Location: Fantastic! It's a short walk to Central Street, and St. Sophia Cathedral is also easily accessible on foot. If you're feeling lazy, just grab a shared bike – you'll be there in no time. Plus, a pleasant stroll further down the road will take you to Zhaolin Park and the Songhua River. Dining: Plenty of great options for breakfast and lunch nearby. There's the highly-rated Dingxiang Town, and you'll find breakfast eateries right across the street. Transportation: Conveniently close to the subway station. The room wasn't massive, but it was perfectly adequate for a hotel in downtown Harbin, and spotlessly clean. My stay was going great until an elderly couple checked into the room next door. They were on a very loud phone call for over an hour, still going strong past 10 PM. I had to call the front desk, but it didn't seem to help much. Finally, I asked if I could switch rooms, and to my surprise, they promptly moved me to another one. This was such a pleasant surprise! My previous experience, two years ago at the Huifeng Galaxy Hotel in Shihezi, Xinjiang, was a nightmare (I booked online, got assigned a room right next to the central air conditioning, which was incredibly noisy – impossible to sleep. They refused to change my room or offer a refund, and even calling the police yielded no solution; I ended up having to abandon the room without resolution). So, the fact that they promptly changed our room in Harbin really boosted my impression of the city. What's more, I noticed how clean and well-maintained the city is – no litter along the Songhua River, and I even saw traffic police diligently issuing parking tickets for illegally parked cars. All these observations during my trip significantly enhanced my overall impression of Harbin – the high civic quality, the excellent cleanliness, and the well-maintained environment. I'll definitely be back!

Helpful and friendly front staff and surprised to receive a welcome gift and check out a gift it is also small though that counts to the customer.

In general accommodation and the hotel service are good. Friendly and helpful, want to thank Ms Wang for her help and small tokens from hotel management. Food from restaurant next door is good! I only have a small problem with the shower drain in my room (218) that needs to be fixed. Hopefully this will be corrected.
