What a night we had at Tiffany's lounge. We really had the best dinner ever. The meal was perfect,the service was very good.Thumps up to Sir Alex,he outdid himself on the 'Flambeed'. Will definately go there again. What an experience we had.

Had a great experience at Cresta Jameson Hotel. The staff was ready to help very friendly and very pleasant. Kudzai one of the staff members was particularly courteous she has great customer service. I enjoyed my stay! Keep it up!! l will most definitely book again. Highly recommend it.

Received excellent service from friendly staff. breakfast Buffet was great with a variety of options to choose from

Quite commendable efforts being applied to keep the place clean, friendly and welcoming making it a very acceptable and convenient location to conduct business from whilst in Harare. Food presentation is good, but like most kitchens in Zimbabwe seasoning of dishes must improve!

I enjoyed my stay however alot needs to be done in the rooms, kindly supply slippers, face towels and ensure you TV;s are in GOOD working order, increase the channels too.

Despite the Cresta Jameson Hotel being situated in the CBD of the capital, it remains an elegant experience to be remembered. I will be humbled to revisit this hotel again.
