前台服務態度惡劣，不配做前台，洗簌用品就沒有，晚上刷了牙，早上就沒有用的，去前台拿，人家不但不給，還一副可惡的嘴臉，客人最基本的洗漱用品就不想給，這樣對待客人，沒有客人在去第二次了，因為花了錢，得不到好的服務，難道漢中就你一家酒店嗎？你這樣的酒店，客人都盼着你關門倒閉，所以，你這酒店不會長久的！！！衞生也不好，衞生間特別臟，一次性拖鞋也沒有，塑料拖鞋那麼臟，也敢放那讓客人穿？真是吃了雄心豹子膽了吧！！

衞生真的很差 櫃子裏面一摸灰 廁所燈都是壞的 換了一間之後拖鞋是兩個右腳 豪華標準間 應該住兩個人的 洗漱台杯子衹有一個 不知道讓人怎麼刷牙

特別吵，房間不隔音，感覺住了好多閑雜人等，門外吵鬧一清二楚，各種雜音，包括搬桌子，人員吵鬧，機器嗡嗡聲，整晚睡不着。馬桶還堵，沒有牙具，床太硬，太后悔住在這。

説是個酒店，實際就是旅館，房間裏床頭位置連個插座都沒有，房間內設施壞掉了，報修很久都沒人管，理論上來説這個房價衹值不超過100塊而已，或者定房的時候讓本地的出租車司機推薦一下吧，避免踩坑

住的是最差的一次酒店，還不及小旅館條件好，衞生間門是壞，馬桶蓋子也是壞的，電視打不開，洗澡沒熱水，房間一股黴味，別提多麼差，就這條件還開酒店關門算了，踩一次坑不會在會在去了。
