Had a great time here with my family, our first trip to Hanoi. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet war a big plus as part of our stay, excellent quality and food. Employees were very hospitable and professional. One stood out was Dung Le( I think that's his full name). His level of attentiveness and attention to detail was way above and beyond expectations since we have young kids that need extra help with luggage. He gave great suggestions to local palces to visit as well, seems to have great knowledge and experience in the industry. A small negative for the kids was a cold swimming pool though they swam in it anyway. Overall a great first hotel experience that sets the tone for our entire trip in HN.

Very exquisite hotel, an immersive Vietnam experience from furnishings to atmosphere. The room atmosphere is spring, summer, autumn and winter, and the decoration is slow. We stayed for 5 people and everyone was full of praise. Although there is a distance from the old city, there is a luxurious Shuttlebus shuttle! Great! The service is not to say, first of all, the English of the waiters is very good, including the aunt of the spa, the English is very good! Xiaoxian at the front desk, Chinese is also very good! We arranged very well and were very efficient. Also participated in their workshop, learned to do eggcoffee, the little brother told a lot about the history of Vietnamese coffee, clear and clear! Found this new hotel online, a great new hotel in town. New facilities, rooms are likely resident’s style, big spaces for family and group of friends. I was on business trip and dont have much time for family affairs when the kids are enjoying the swimming pool Foods are reasonable , the sky bar is fine but drinks are not really special. Hotel staff are ok, especially the receptionist at night , he is very concentrated and also helping much for us during late arrival,l (i think he is the manager) Generally, its good to stay here and hopefully to come back for longer-stay

The hotel room was well equipped, clean and has all the amenities as expected from Hyatt. The breakfast buffet had variety of food and if good qualities. The cocktail hour in the executive lounge was very good. From a few days before arrival communications by Mr. Edgar Tran, Ms Ngân and other guest service agent were very prompt, responsive, informative and their responses demonstrated there eagerness in helping customer. I want to especially thank you Mr. Edgar Tran for his caring, enthusiasm, promptness, pride and diligence in his duties are beyond his duties by Hyatt employee I have encountered. Because of him and the entire staff at Hyatt Regency West Hanoi that made my stay an extremely enjoyable and memorable one. Please share this feedback with Mr. Edgar Tran and entire staff.

I have used it many times. First of all, the location is not bad. There are many things nearby and you can enjoy local Vietnamese food. It's a business district so it's quiet on Saturdays and Sundays. The price is also reasonable. The price of a nearby hotel with a small room is soaring to 13,000 yen, but this one's CP is completely excellent. Also, the breakfast selection is a little lacking in variety, but it's enough to enjoy Vietnam to its fullest. I think it's delicious. In the evening, you can also eat steak at the same place. Cheap and decent. I'm staying for about 10 days on business and I'm satisfied. Oh, there's also free laundry.

Stayed here 2 nights in a Deluxe Room and I was amazed by the grand view to the city, and by the offered services. The room was super spacious with fully equipped kitchen and fridge. Breakfast was so nice and fresh. The light meal on the 17th floor in the late afternoon and evening was absolutely fantastic. My compliments to Lap, the manager of the 17th-floor restaurant (my apology if I wrongly remember his name), for his warm hospitality. Certainly the best of the best!

I absolutely loved my stay in Au Viet Hotel and I can't recommend this place highly enough. The staff are all so sweet, friendly and unbelievably helpful. The hotel itself is really beautifully decorated and furnished. Everything is so clean and high quality. The bathroom was really beautiful spacious and clean with lovely toiletries (and a good size bath with enough hot water to fill it … a rarity in Vietnam so this was a real treat for me) And the bed !!! Wow !!! The bed was so comfortable. I slept better than I do at home in my own bed. If I hadn't been so busy I could have happily stayed in my room snoozing in that bed for my whole stay !!! Breakfast is served on the 9th floor and there's a good selection of foods and fruits, coffee, tea and juice and a guy cooking your eggs to order. I'm supposed to be checking out soon, but at the moment I'm still laid on my bed, soaking up the last bit of comfort and relaxation before I head back into the hustle and bustle. The local area is great too, with lots of little tea and coffee shops and local food stops. I'll definitely be back to stay here again. Thank you Au Viet 🙏🏻
