Impressive entrance with a short walk to anything you might want/need in Hanoi. Check-in was a breeze when we arrived mid-afternoon. The lobby on Level 1 and restaurant on level 2 are opulent and well-served with competent and English fluent staff. The room I had was well presented, very clean and well-serviced. Great pillows!! Small, but functional bathroom with a great two-way shower. Money can be exchanged at reception at around market rate. The breakfast on level 2 has something for everyone. Vietnamese, western and excellent pastries. Fresh fruit and a great noodle bar. The wait staff and chefs are expert and can create pretty much anything on request. The room service menu is spartan but reasonably priced and well presented and delivered hot. Pasta, pizza, burgers and (of course) Pho. For those not familiar with Vietnamese coffee, fasten your seatbelt before trying. This beverage will wake the deepest sleeper in seconds. Concierge services are effective and non-intrusive. There is a mini-supermarket about 100 metres from the front door where you can find that razor you forgot amongst other necessities. This hotel is brilliantly located near the lake, which is a great location for a stroll. Within a five minute walk you can find pretty much anything that you can think of. There is a roof top bar and pool on level 10 and, to be honest, this was a little disappointing. The pool works, but the surrounds are a little tired and could do with an upgrade. Not a showstopper by any means. The lifts work, the electricity is 100% available and the wifi is fast and consistent. The laundry service is fast and reasonably priced. If you want to outsource laundry, there are several services available close by for USD$1.50 per kilo. My team of 3 stayed here for 12 days and very much enjoyed the facilities and hospitality. I would stay here again any day of the week!!

Lenid Hotel Tho Nhuom

Hoan Kiem District Hanoi|0.39km from National Library of Vietnam
The location of the hotel is okay, and the service attitude is okay, but I think it's a bit strange. My colleague arrived at the hotel first and did not provide BOOKING and passport information. The front desk directly called her name and gave her the room card. After we checked in for one night, when we returned to the hotel the next night, the boy at the front desk asked us to have our passports copied. Before having breakfast, I gave my room card to the man at the front desk to check out, and he said it was OK. I said I had ordered laundry service, and he told me to have breakfast first and do the accounting later. Then after breakfast, I went to the front desk, and he told me again. I said, are you sure you don’t have to pay? What did he say to pay? I asked about the money for washing clothes, and he said wait, and then after confirming it again and again, someone took the bill. The hotel is okay overall, but I feel that there are some problems with the internal management. If I am not an honest person, and the front desk told me twice that it was okay, if I did not ask for the cleaning bill any time, then they would not receive the money. . I also asked what to do in that situation? The front desk told me that it was their front desk and customer service responsibility. It would be better if I feel that internal management and training need to be strengthened. The breakfast is average and can be enough to fill you up. It is not particularly rich or not rich. But the taste of the powder is a bit strange and not very delicious. It was okay when I checked in for the first time, but this time it was obviously not as delicious as before. The texture of the noodles and the taste of the soup were both wrong. Hope it improves.

Hanoi Inner Hotel

これは私がお世話になったHanoi Inner Hotel(Splendid star boutique hotel )のHoteliers(ホテリエ)、フロント従業員3人に感謝を述べた私信のようなものです。

On the day of the meal, my sisters visited the hotel and stayed for 3 nights, although the hotel was a bit small, but the staff here was very nice. I was introduced by a bell friend named Van Toan to eat restaurants, restaurants and tourist attractions around. She is very enthusiastic and so are the guests. Thank you Affa hotel for giving us a happy stay! SEE YOU !!

Pros: Nice and clean. Cons: No safe or breakfast. Stayed Nov-2022 for 1 night with breakfast. Booked hotel Vertis but a large group were checking out late so Jenny the receptionist took me to this upgrade sister-hotel on the same street. 2-rooms per floor. Lift but no safe. Kettles, cups, tea and coffee. Bathroom separated with glass wall, however was wallpapered over for modesty reasons. Hotel does not do breakfast but I was allowed to go to my original hotel Vertis for breakfast.

Stunning Hotel With Fantastic Services! I just stayed at Melia Hanoi hotel for 01 night for my business trip but it was easy to recognize the differences between this hotel and others. Even the builiding outside is not so impressed however inside the hotel all concepts make the significant differences. The Bar in the lobby has the very nice space and really help in the summer time when need place for talking to friend or partners. The restaurant with the stunning breakfast buffet. it seems we could found any dishes in this breakfast buffet and all food were delicious. the hottess was very helpful when buffet was full and still escort and find a table for you. I stayed in premium room with nice living room and bedroom room. nothing could find to complain. All staffs were helpful and polite. the door girl with nice Melia long dress always smiling and help to the guest even the temperature outside over 40 degree. The hotel should stay in Ha Noi.
Zephyr Suites Boutique Hotel

After checking the hotels suggested by my travel agent I did a little check myself and found zephyr suites, which was quite close to the meeting point for our tour the next day. On making the reservation I requested a premium city view, as I had read that there were rooms without windows! however, on checking in we were shown to a room with a view of roof tops only. I rang reception who immediately gave us a different room with a view overlooking the main road, I then thought that the noise would be a problem but quite the opposite. Location wise it was absolutely perfect which ever way you turned on leaving the hotel, It is literally across the road from the lake, which is beautiful whatever time of day This is a small city hotel, however, the care and friendliness of every member of staff could not be faulted, nothing was too much trouble and always greeted with a warm smile. the rooms are a little dated but very clean, housekeeping were in and out as we had our breakfast, which does not happen often these days... Breakfast was fine, fresh fruit salads cereals homemade yogurt bacon eggs or the Asian choice.

The service is very good. Breakfast was also very good. It's just that the room is a bit too small, but there's nothing I can do about it, that's how it is in the old town. Also, the location of the hotel is very good. Suitable for your first time in Hanoi to experience the old quarter of Hanoi.

In general, the attitude of the service staff is very good, the room is dark, there is only a very small window, you can change the hotel after staying for one night, the location of the hotel is OK
