This hotel looks like for a short time stay for a couple, not for tourist and the location is very far from the tourist place, it is silent. In addition, receptionist is rude, not friendly, not welcome client, very bad hotel we experience.

This is an excellent hotel with a fantastic staff. From the general manager to the spa everything was great! I would personally like to thank the night staff of Dat, khanh, & duong for making our late night arrival very welcoming! The day staff of tan, Lan, ngoc, and Mai made our check in easy and quickly got us to our room. The entire hotel staff made us feel like family and I would highly recommend this hotel as a great place to spend your Hanoi vacation. The facilities were outstanding as well. The cleaning staff worked hard to make everything look great and the cooks made delicious food for us to eat. The rooms were spacious and very clean as well as the common areas looked great! The gym is top rate and the spa stuff was very professional and warm. Everyone at the hotel was kind and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The entire experience was outstanding and you cannot beat the quality of derive and facilities for a very reasonable price! Thanks again to a job well done by the entire Wyndham staff. Regards, Joseph Ford

Old-fashioned hotel, many Korean tour groups, noisy, breakfast is good, there is a Beetle model in the lobby, I like it very much. The hotel bed was quite comfortable. At first, the air conditioner was not cold at all and broke. Then I changed a room. The equipment was a bit old.
