We had such a great stay at this hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location in the middle of old quarters and tourist area. Great shopping and food. We had a great room with balcony and very comfortable bed. Clean and spacious. Fantastic value for money. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for reasonably priced accommodation.

On arrival we were shown to our room, floor 6, however, the unmistakable smell of dead rat wafted through the room. I asked two staff members to come and check, but neither spoke much English. I walked into an empty room and that didn’t smell so knew it was just our room, I guess it can’t really be helped if a rat is stuck in the ceiling though. Quickly we were escorted upstairs to the 9th floor for the newest rooms. These had brand new fittings, some not installed properly and many small details unfinished (such as sealing bathroom tiles, painting of cornices, etc) looked great on the surface. Very clean as new with lovely bed and bedding. The hallways were musty and and stairwell had a broken handrail. I took a photo of the outside of the hotel looking up, and decided it is not a good option to lean on the balcony! 😳 The staff didn’t seem very happy with their positions with some preoccupied with mobile phones. Not many smiles, but prompt service. Breakfast had a large choice, and I liked the eggs being cooked as we waited.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. The grab taxi driver is also very familiar with the address of the hotel. The owner and his family are very nice, the breakfast is very good, there are many choices, and it is hearty. The downside is that the room has no windows, the space is relatively small, the ventilation is not good, the smell is relatively big, and the quilt is a bit damp.

I spent one night in this place. The staff was very friendly, specifically Neao who helped me a lot! The bedroom was clean, I didn't take their bus but if you need to be picked up at the airport or anywhere, they can do it wich is good because the airport is far from the city

It was a wonderful experience staying at Graceful Hotel. It was my second visit there and I am glad I decided to stay again. First thing is the staff. Miss Ha, Miss Vy and everyone who were working there were very accommodating. They helped us with everything( restaurant recommendations, motorcycle rental, shop recommendations, laundry, booking our halong bay tour, and airport drop off) cheaper than GRAB!!!! Also, the breakfast. We were very excited for the breakfast because it was very delicious and there was a lot to choose from. It was freshly made and very fresh fruits! We will definitely stay in Graceful Hotel when we visit Hanoi in the future!
