M Village Properties in Hanoi

I had a fantastic experience at M Village Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. They made the check-in process smooth and were always ready to help with a smile. 😊 The hotel itself is very clean, well-organized, and maintained to a high standard. The room was nice and cool, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully prepared. 🧼❄️ One thing I really appreciated was how well the staff spoke and understood English, which made communication easy and stress-free. Their hospitality and attention to detail truly stood out. Overall, a great stay with excellent service. I stayed at M hotel village in Hanoi and it was very good stay.If you’re reading this, we’re probably looking at the same budget range 😊 and for that price, this hotel is a great choice. The room was clean and comfortable. The no window room,actually has a window that get some light from the corridor..its not like its very dark without light.. The common area is very convinient,cooking utensils,washing machine,dining table..evrything you need is there. The staff were very attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay.Yhe receptionist staff kindly let me keep my luggage in there after check out as i have few hours before i need to go to airport. Overall, it’s a good, affordable hotel and I would recommend it for anyone looking for a clean place with good service at a reasonable price.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The staff at the hotel are just amazing - friendly, considerate, so professional and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you have a good stay. The room was clean and spacious, and the hotel also provides good drip bag coffee in your room. The buffet breakfast is delicious and has a good variety of food and beverage options - including dessert options - other than fruit - which was a good surprise. The hotel also offers a free laundry service, another major plus. The location is really good, as it is walking distance to most of the major tourist attractions with a ton of restaurants and cafes around. I honestly could not recommend this hotel enough.

Service: The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and considerate, taking good care of us. Environment: The surrounding area is excellent, located right next to the consulate district, with many five-star hotels and authentic Vietnamese restaurants nearby.

I had an interview in Hanoi and needed a clean and well-located place to stay. After reading some reviews, this hotel seemed like a good option, and it definitely delivered! The facilities were clean, and having a shopping mall just a 5-minute walk away was super convenient. The staff were also incredibly friendly, which made my stay even more pleasant. I'd definitely stay here again if I come back to Hanoi.
