Once my door was hung, please do not disturb, but the bottled water in my room was gone. The housekeeping staff on the floor immediately prepared new water for me. There was no delay at all. Very efficient Breakfast is delicious, especially the English ability of the counter staff is very good, don't worry about the problem of unclear communication, sincerely recommend the living function near the hotel is also quite convenient, there are many convenience stores and cafes nearby, Going a little further is Shopping Mall and McDonald's, don't worry about having no place to go shopping

Beautiful hotel and great service , if I had 1 complaint it would be that the location isn’t easily accessible to tourist destinations and is a bit far from down town. However this is also part of the charm as it provides a quiet oasis from the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. Include breakfast in your room as the quality and selection of the food is great, definitely worth the money.
