Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff hospitality truly stood out — they were very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a studio room, which offered a larger and more comfortable space.
Cleanliness was generally acceptable, though there is still room for improvement. One issue that should be addressed is the shower flow, which was too weak and definitely needs fixing. In addition, the shower room had an unpleasant smell before check-in, so it would be good to ensure this is properly taken care of before welcoming new guests.
The public hallway should be vacuumed constantly as I saw some dust and renovation debris around the carpet
Breakfast was overall okay, nothing exceptional but satisfactory. The hotel’s location is a strong plus — very strategic and within walking distance to many local eateries, such as pho ga, pho bo, and several nice coffee places.
With some improvements in maintenance and housekeeping details, this hotel could offer an even better experience.
The room and bathroom are specious. Some rooms have river view. The hotel located outside of the old town, so if you want to go there, it’s possible to walk, but to take a taxi it’s more reasonable.
It’s pretty good place for a couple of nights.
I stayed 4 nights in total at this hotel. I like the fact that we didn’t need to ask for room service. However, that one lady from reception gives off the mean girl vibe(maybe it’a just her rbf and the way she talks). It was 27$ sgd a night and I would say it’s worth for what you pay. We take grab to central area every day since it’s a bit far(costs around 50000-60000 vnd each trip). The room is big and I like the fact that the tv has varieties to choose(Netflix, youtube, etc.). The bathroom is spacious and nth is spoiled. Toilet has bidet and tissue. The aircon works well too. Around the hotel doesn’t have much restaurants, so we always order grab food(only have circle k and a few cafes). I recommend this hotel if you’re on a budget trip.
The hotel's location is great, just south of the train station, and it wasn't nearly as noisy as some online reviews suggested. Just a heads-up, you'll need to use the stairs to get to the first floor, so keep that in mind if you have trouble with mobility!
The breakfast had a great variety and was absolutely delicious. The room was clean, and having a bathtub made it very comfortable. It's a bit outside the tourist center, but for my business trip, the location was actually quite convenient for me. Plus, there was a convenience store right across the street, which was a bonus.
The room is large, especially the bathroom. Although the facilities are far away, they are generally very clean. The key is that the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The breakfast is very good. There is Vietnamese rice noodles. It is quite rich. This price feels great value.
I've stayed here 3 times already. Overall, the hotel is quite noisy. Soundproofing is poor; you can hear everything from neighboring rooms. There's also construction going on nearby. The front desk staff weren't very helpful. Often, no one was at the counter, and there wasn't even a bell to ring for service. They even struggled to find my booking code when I was checking in... honestly, there were a lot of issues. The only upside is its location right on the main road. It's a large hotel.
I had a very good stay here. The location is quite convenient and easy to get around. The room was much bigger than I expected, very clean, and well equipped with all the basic amenities, which made the stay very comfortable.
There is no front desk staff at the property, but for me this was not a problem at all. The hotel provides excellent support through WhatsApp and they give very clear instructions. I could contact them anytime and they responded quickly whenever I needed help.
Overall, it’s a great place to stay in Hanoi. Comfortable, clean, and good value for the price. 👍

Great
ZZhou_LeiThe hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of amenities nearby such as local eateries, convenience stores, shopping malls, and a hospital. You can experience authentic local life and customs just by walking around. It's also very close to the Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake.
The hotel staff were very enthusiastic and attentive, making it a great choice for a short stay.
We walked to Train Street, enjoyed some egg coffee, then circled Hoan Kiem Lake before finding an authentic Vietnamese restaurant for lunch. Afterward, we spent a long time exploring the Old Quarter and visited St. Joseph's Cathedral. Feeling quite tired by the end, we took a taxi back to the hotel (about a fifteen-minute ride).
AAleTravelThis hotel is a little further afield from the old quarter which is what I wanted. 15minutes on a bike to get there or 45 minutes walk i took a few times just to get my steps in and see the city. Staff are really friendly and accommodating. Two reasons I also chose here was the fact they have a gym and guest accessible laundry room without additional fees. The gym was basic but did what I needed it to. Good Treadmill, weights etc. Laundry room wasn't fully occupied whenever I went to use it (twice) which was a plus. Room always tired well daily. Would definitely stay again. Breakfast was always yummy.
AAna_stasiiaI can’t really say anything negative - it’s exactly what you get for the price. The room is very old and the walls have definitely seen better days, with a few questionable brown marks here and there 😅 There’s also a ceiling vent that seemed to let in some extra “guests” (mostly bugs and mosquitoes).
So if you’re staying a couple of days and want to save money, it does the job. The location is good - near the lake, 15–20 minutes to the train street and about 30 minutes to the Old Quarter (walking distance).
If you’re not too picky and just need a budget stay, it’s fine. But I did find a better room in the Old Quarter for almost the same price, so it’s worth looking around.
EElly PhanFirst time here. There are many entertainment venues and it is very close to the Tragic Street. Please note that you will need to contact your landlord to find out your whereabouts. Due to the large area, early contact is required to let people know the building is occupied. Will come back next time. Feeling very satisfied with this area.

AAnonymous UserThe location of the hotel is very close to the 108 hospital, the room equipment is generally the same, there is no special impression. When booking a room, I saw that the parking lot was free, but I arranged on-street parking at the hotel.
