Overall it was good
Location, bedding, cleanliness, etc.
But the water pressure in the shower was too weak.

Located in Hanoi Old Town, the price is pretty good. The room environment was pretty good, but Ctrip didn't connect well with the agent, so it took me a long time to check in. Moreover, Ctrip said there was breakfast, but in fact it didn't.

The property located in Old quarter and quite convenient, I found. But cleanliness was an issue. Some **********s on the bed under the blanket. Would be great if the receptionists welcomed with smiles.
No lift if you come with heavy luggages.
Apart from that, I like the property style, location and interested to stay there again, of course with backpacks.
