The hotel's location and ambiance are great, and the service is very welcoming. It's also not far from Hoan Kiem Lake. The only drawback is that parking isn't very convenient; you have to walk a bit from the parking area to the hotel. Overall, it's pretty good.

Staff and service is the only good thing about this hotel, in fact I feel bad for the people working here. I got a fever the first night I slept here because the overheat, they give you super heavy blanket even if the temperature is boiling hot. I had to go sleep at another hotel from the 2nd night. The A/C is the most broken thing ever and it seems like it works totally randomly, also the fact that in our room it couldn’t be controlled from inside but we had to go to reception to ask them to modify the temperature, and even then it seems like the A/C would do totally randomly things.

Was disappointed that they left the house keeping trolley & linens right in front of our entrance door for the last 5 days & it was until the last night of our stay that they have moved it. It would be great if they have not left it on the first day as it was a real eyesore. Not the best hotel in the area but it was ok. Staff very helpful. Hotel may be 4* when it was new but now it needs lots of TLC to make it a 4*. Staircase must be hazard free at all times

I booked in for 10 days and left after 4 days knowing the hotels refused a refund for the additional 6 days. I think that sums up. What was wrong is to long too list.

Perfect location for shopping & foodies all by walking distance. Convenient to grab if needed to go further distance.

We liked the room and the service. Our bed is comfortable and the rooms seems new. Staff are very helpful. We were allowed to check in at 10am without any extra charges. The hotel is perfectly located at the old quarter and everything is pretty much in walking distance. Would love to stay here again.

Location is superb. Very prime location as in right in the old quarter district. However anything else is a meh. Stayed at 10F which is at the attic, is ok except be careful if you have big luggage as there's no lift directly to 10F. The bell boy will help you carry up anyway. Slippers are a reused one, remember to bring your own slippers. Nobody picked up the room service number, guess they're too busy. Bed is clean -- a huge relief. Originally booked for two nights, but moved out second day. They kind of tried to hardsell me into buying their new year gala dinner, which I didn't feel comfortable with. But yeah, location is superb, but overall is kind of a meh.

It's very close to Hoan Kiem Lake, with a great selection of restaurants and plenty of shops to explore nearby.

Wonderful hotel. Great location, very close to hoan kiem lake. The rooms are very modern and Clean.. The entire staff is extremely friendly. I love the kitchen staff. They always remember me since I stay here every year. This was the 3rd time I stayed there and will come back next year. Excellent breakfast.

Beautiful french style designed with exceptional - elegance - friendly staffs, great location, nice - large - clean room and excellent tours service with great value. We loved Hanoi Victor Gallery hotel & spa.
