There’s a damp smell in my room. My air conditioner keeps changing the temperature by itself. Even though I set it manually, it resets to 32°C at night, so the room gets really hot

The hotel room is big and comfortable, the staff is friendly, just the location don't have convienent store nearby

I came here for an eye check and the hotel is right next to the hospital so it’s perfect. The room is clean. The only bad thing was that I could clear hear the sound from next door. If you value your sleep with quietness you should consider this before booking. The breakfast was great tho.

I was quite disappointed with this hotel. There were a lot of ants in the room when I checked in, and they were only gone after I asked the staff to clean it. The cleanliness of the lobby floor and sofas on the first floor also really needs improvement. If it weren’t for the convenient location, I wouldn’t consider staying here again.

Overall, I found the services at this hotel to be generally acceptable. However, travelers should be aware that the hotel only offers dining options for breakfast and lunch. For dinner, you’ll likely need to walk about 17 minutes to Indochina Plaza Hanoi, which offers a wide variety of choices. Alternatively, you can dine within the hotel areas in the evening, but be prepared to communicate in Vietnamese, as English may not be widely spoken by the dinner staff. One other point to note: the bedding covers and pillowcases appear quite worn and would benefit from an update.

The room was clean and comfortable, and I was really impressed by the staff's helpfulness and friendliness. They recommended a delicious restaurant, pointed me to the nearest ATM, and even guided me to the nearby night market, all while setting directions on my Google Maps. I had a bad experience with an overpriced taxi from the airport, but when I mentioned it to the staff, they quickly arranged a much cheaper driver for my return to the airport the next day.
