Our room got upgraded, excellent service! good price, good water pressure and AC. located in central area so you can walk anywhere and it’s next to circleK too.

The hotel is great location in the old town, so close to everything. The room is good, the bathroom is a little bit small but still okay, the staff are very friendly and welcoming

The location of the hotel is very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is absolutely sufficiant for a short stay. It´s also good for smokers, that the room has a balcony but it would be better, if the hotel could arrange a small chair to sit there. I was very satisfied with the Hotel and would choose it again.

Staff was polite and friendly. Hotel has a lift. Room facilities is standard. Triple Room is quite spacious. Near to Halal food.

Great location Wonderful rooms since we were 4 with 2 small Daughters There receptionist were very helpful and it's a total value for money

1. The room is big and clean. 2. The housekeeping staff is friendly. 3. Housekeeping is carried out daily without any request. 4. The receptionist is able to get private taxi transfer to airport at a good price which is lower than Grab.

Good place to stay. Near to old quarter beer street. Near ho hoan kiem lake. Near banh 25, famous food store here in hanoi. Can easily pick up by tour attraction shuttle. There a lot of resto and spa beside the hotel.

Good location

The hotel is located in the old town, close to many attractions and can be reached on foot. The hotel is clean, the water heater works well, and the restaurants recommended by the lady at the front desk are all great. The downside is that the hotel is a bit damp, which is better after turning on the air conditioner to dehumidify.

Very close to 36 Ancient Street

Very noisy, bad smell. Central Spacious. The photo is a painting; the view is not real.
