The room is very small and can hardly fit 2 suitcases. The bathroom facilities are old and leaking, the room has mosquitos, and the walls are dirty. Great location, friendly staff, but overall the quality is not worth the price.

The accommodation is very nice. There are 2 beds, one is a big bed and the other is a small bed. There is also a bathtub. Simple but comfortable, economical price

Close to Dong Xuan Market and Hoan Kiem Lake, there are flying ants in the bathroom, and the sanitation facilities are similar to those of 7 Days Inn in China. There are better hotels at this price. I advise friends who read the comments to change hotels. Chinese people don't cheat Chinese people.

I booked this place going on the reviews, the photos and it was in The Old Quater. There are lots others have not advised about. If you cannot negotiate steps, this is not the place for you. You enter via the street in between m as rkets stalls. A young fellow was waiting downstairs. He lugged our bags up this twisting narrow Flight of steps to the lobby. The pictures make is appear quite spacious. It is not. Especially with all manner of bags taking up space for those checking out. The elevator is the smallest I have ever seen If you don't like people right on top of you, this hotel is not for you. A women entered ours then apologies before she started coughing saying g she caught a cold from all the rain. So happy with that. The room. We had 403. Deluxe wi Dow via the booking site. There was no deluxe window as depicted. It was a small corner wi Dow opening onto a space between a number of buildings. The staff were good. The room was okay. Had the largest bed ever. Made up for the smallest elevator ever. If you want to be right in the mix of the Old Quater and the night markets then this is for you.

It is a old hotel, but room is nice and ancient. The floor isn't clean. The blanket probably has a problem, my friend sleeps and she has an itch all over her body The first room is so hot, air condition don't fit with the rooftop room. I complained about this to the evening reception, in the end they changed me to a larger room, family room with the good tub. Price is cheap, staff is friendly, Great location, right in the center of the old town.

Nestled between the busy shop houses on Hang Chieu street, in the bustling old quarter of Hanoi was an old and small hotel. A Deluxe room was assigned to us, but unlike the advertisement, there was a very small window looking to nowhere. Breakfast was poor. And so was the soundproof. Staff, however, was quite friendly.

We have stayed in the room from 11 th July 2022 till 14 th July 2022 and booked 2 family rooms which they called as suites. Rooms were not cleaned by the hotel inspite i have given room keys at the reception . The manager has charged us 800 dong for a trip which was not confirmed by the hotel in writing .they told us they will call police. We have booked halong bay trip from them and paid for 4 of us 49 $ per person on 12 th August . I told him to share the mua cave trip itinerary while going for halong bay trip and did not confirmed the trip. As a genuine guest we informed at 9 pm on 12 th August that the halong bay trip is too long which started at 9 am and end at 9:30 pm. We cannot go to mua cave which starts at 7:30 am on 13 th August but on reply he was pressurising us to go to mua cave and if we don't go than we have to pay the penalty fee 800 dong .we told them that the trip was not confirmed by you .you never called us or informed . The staff threatened us to pay the penalty which we paid at the check out . I just wanted to inform all the guest who are going to book this hotel. Plus this hotel will charge you extra 3% as transaction fee if u use any travel card or any visa or master card .The hotel is not give you a feel of a capital Hanoi . It looks like you have booked a hotel in Paharganj or Chandni chowk in Delhi or whole sale night market .The rooms are very small not big. And smells. Pls do not go by the offer in Agoda .Felt cheated by the Manager and lady Linda .Be Aware genuine reply by the guest

We were put up here on a last minute notice due to a covid emergency in the hotel we booked and this hotel is terrible! Well, at least for the price we paid for the other hotel, this hotel is not value for our money. It wasn't clean, there was a musty smell and the shower tap didn't work proper and we only managed a cold shower. Was glad to get out of it as soon as we could! bleah....didn't enjoy in it at all.
