4.5/5ExcellentLoved this little hotel, it had great service and the friendliest people working the front desk. I loved the balcony and they were super efficient with setting up airport transfers. The room needs a facelift compared to the pictures though, but can't really fault it for the price. Would stay here again easily, we specially loved the location in the heart of the old quarter.

Haven't found the right property yet?
Location is good for me, easy to get and go. Staffs are very kind, friendly, and very helpful. The only thing that I do not impressed here is about air conditioning in 405 room. It doesn't work. Have to open fan. But it was not not and stay only 1 night so it was fine. The room doesn't look as wide as shown in photos, a bit old, but yes, this is old quarter and it's worth the money I paid for 2 people with a very pleasant breakfast. I enjoy Hanoi, Vietnam !
