I only stayed a night for my business. the place was clean. i like it as it was very quiet and it has a kitchen and some basic stuff to cook

It was good to stay here. The room was spacious and spottles clean. Check in was quick. I like the location too even its a bit far from my work place but its near to the lake which was very peaceful

The stay was good, the apartment is huge, can stay up to 8 people, towels and supplies are provided, huge tv and great location 😇

Since meeting strangers is unfamiliar, I like the way they guide you through remote check-in. Our staff can assist you via Zalo, Whatsapp or Wechat. The scenery of West Lake is very beautiful. It is very convenient to be able to order food from the restaurant and have it delivered to your room. i will come back to this place again

Chinese people must not book this hotel. When you check in after 8pm, no one turns on the lights at the downstairs front desk. There is a sign at the door with a phone number. You are asked to add the communication software to send the method and password to open the door, and then take the elevator to the corresponding floor to open it. Get the room key from the electrical box. No service or security.

We booked Pegasy Suites Lakeside for 11 nights, expecting a comfortable stay based on the listing photos. Unfortunately, we could only tolerate staying for 4 nights before we checked out early and moved to a better accommodation. This property fell far below acceptable standards, and I would not recommend it to anyone. Here’s why: Cleanliness The bathrooms were filthy, with visible mold and dirt along the edges of the bathtubs, walls, and floors. The old and dirty mold stains clearly showed a lack of proper cleaning. Both bathtubs lacked drain stoppers; we received only one stopper after explicitly asking for it. The foul odor from the toilets and drains was overwhelming and seemed to come from the building's entire drainage system. This smell spread through the bathrooms and into the living areas via the bathtub and floor drains, making it necessary to open windows for ventilation—even during cold weather. One bathroom window had a broken lock, making it unsafe as it faced the building’s atrium, creating a risk that someone could enter. The bedding was entirely different from what was shown in the listing. Instead of high-quality white sheets, we were provided thin, dark gray bedding of poor quality. The bath towels were old, small, and thin, in a brownish color—not the clean, white towels shown in the photos. No hand towels or washcloths were provided. The laundry machine emitted a terrible odor, which transferred to our clothes during washing. The bathroom carpets were old, thin, and dirty, further adding to the poor impression of cleanliness. Facilities and Maintenance The kitchen was poorly equipped with only one pot and one pan for the induction cooktop, and the pan didn’t even work with the cooktop. We had to manage with only the pot. Basic kitchen necessities like a kitchen towel were missing, so we had to purchase one ourselves. There was no laundry soap provided for the washer and dryer, requiring us to buy it separately. All cabinets and drawers in the bedrooms and kitchen were faulty. They had no stoppers and would fall out completely when pulled, making them hazardous. The bathroom faucets leaked and sprayed water in all directions, making them difficult and annoying to use. The iron and ironing board, which were only available upon request, were old, dirty, and damaged. The slippers listed as amenities were limited to a single pair in a 3-bedroom accommodation, which was inadequate. Noise Disturbance The listing claimed the rooms were soundproof, but this was entirely untrue. Every morning, we were woken up by the noise of street cleaners sweeping with bamboo brooms, even though we were on the 6th floor. Nighttime was filled with loud noise from nearby bars and restaurants, sometimes lasting until 2–4 AM. At exactly 7 AM, loud announcements from ward speakers near the building disrupted any chance of sleeping in. Throughout the day, loud music from a preschool next to the accommodation made it impossible to find peace and quiet. Cus
