The hotel is in need of a refresh. The room is a little run down. The aircon wasn't very cool. Fortunately, there was a fan in the room which made the stay bearable. Breakfast was ok. Location wise, it was very good as it was near Hoan Keam Lake. The service by all the staff were outstanding.

The Location is good near to the Old Quarter and A lot attractions near by and the staff are nice and friendly will be back again.

The location is perfect, we have stayed on this street 5 times over the last 10 years. The staff are super friendly, helpful and professional. (Doorman’s smile is amazing). We had a slight problem in the room which the hotel rectified in an instant. Breakfast quite good, fresh eggs to your liking, western and Asian options though bacon was pretty ropey. Overall though I would recommend Centre Point Hanoi every day of the week.

The hotel left a very pleasant impression! The room is excellent: spacious, clean and cozy. Everything is thought out for a comfortable stay - silence, peace, pleasant atmosphere. Breakfasts were served by pre-order from the menu, the food was delicious. The road is 200 meters away, there are shops and cafes, the center is 7 minutes away, very convenient. Overall - a great place to relax, I recommend it!

This hotel is located in the center of Hanoi, close to the Old Quarter and Hoan Kien Lake. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, a delicious breakfast is included, and the terrace on the top floor offers a panoramic view of Hanoi city and Hoan Kien Lake.

There are no problems with housekeeping or staff. The taxi fare to the airport arranged by the hotel was 380,000 VD. I think I will use this hotel again.

There are many coffee shops next to Hoan Kiem Lake. It is recommended to sit on the 4th floor or above to have a unique view of Hoan Kiem Lake.

I stayed with friends. The location is very good. There is a terrace with a good view on the roof of the hotel. It is very close to the lively area of ​​Hoan Kiem Lake. I can walk around at night.

雖然衹是一家小酒店，但是房間比預想的面積更大，衞生也比較好。酒店頂層是餐廳，可以看到還劍湖的景色，非常適合悠閑的吃早餐。酒店前台英語不錯，幫我和越南司機溝通，解決了乘坐大巴的問題，非常感謝！

服務很好，每次回來都是笑臉相迎，幫忙搬運行李，還包了早餐，有電梯空調也涼快，還是挺不錯的。最值得的是這個酒店有個很大的露台，晚上上去消遣消遣很愜意。
