The hotel staff were incredibly warm and friendly, and very attentive to our needs (they even helped us book a restaurant reservation over the phone). The room was super bright and comfortable, perfect for watching the city life from the balcony. Plus, it's located right in a very lively area!

We weren’t able to arrive until 1am and the receptionist was very accommodating and was able to provide late check out so we could get a good sleep will definitely be back

Rooms, bed and bathroom are extremely clean, basic shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush, shaving kit and cream are provided. Room was small but able to get a good nights sleep

The room and service was amazing. The location is almost the center of the old town in a little less busy main street. All other attractions are in walking distance. However, due to the hotel being right next to the street, there were cars honking sounds almost all the time and even in late night. If you are a light sleeper i would not recommend it or only choose the room that is far from the street. I also booked my Halong Bay tour with the hotel and secured a good deal. Overall, i love my stay here and the service provided by the hotel is great.

the good: - location is really convenient, with plenty of food, shops and beauty services around. - amenities are good. dental kit, cotton bud, lotion and body wash/ shampoo. - check in and check out process is swift. the not so good: - room is a tad bit dusty and there are some hair on the bed. - the entire building/ surrounding area has little or no signal. you have to rely solely on the hotel's wifi. - the room is not sound proof so you can hear others.

So dusty, and there were ants in the room too. The location is good, but I couldn't sleep because of the ants. I think they really need to focus on pest control.

Hotel was located just opposite my bus drop off station (HK Busline), which was convenient. In walking distance to the lake and many shops around. Room was pretty small, so you get what you pay for. Amenities was sufficient - given a toothbrush kit, hygiene set (cotton buds) and shower gel / shampoo. I checked in very late, 6am on the next day and staff was present and responded to my Whatsapp on late check in. My room didn't have any windows and it wasn't indicated in the booking. Would have been good to know, especially for those who are claustrophobic. But it is enough for a quick rest and walk around Hanoi before heading back to the airport.

Very nice hotel very nice staff, but were are the type of person to wake up very late and go to sleep late and room service usually cleans at 10 am we wake up at 11-12 becuase we stay up and explore Hanoi late at night till 2am but otherwise very good hotel and very very nice staff and right next to Everthing. You can walk to any destination no problems
