At first, they host send us to the wrong room. We need to solve the problems by ourselves. The host put the apartment in trip.com & Airbnb that’s why two customers received the same messages at the same time.

Vinhomes Metropolis is smack in the center of Hanoi. Only minutes aways by Grab Car to the Old Quarter, Tay Ho West Lake. Room is clean and the layout is good. Makes you feel satisfied. The apartment has good security and is intergrates with a wonderful mall. The building is a landmark so all grabfood rider know where exactly to send the order.

It's like Airbnb, but the host's contact number says it doesn't exist and there's no place to ask, so I almost gave it up for a long time. You don’t know how fortunate I was that the pickup driver helped me. The house was in good and clean condition, with good running water and good air conditioning. There is a K-Mart in the back, a Starbucks next to it, and a large supermarket in the basement. It’s a residential-commercial complex.

Overall it's OK. This is my second stay. It's very convenient for eating and traveling. There is also a supermarket in the mall. The only problem is that there is no trash can in the room except the bathroom. Hahahaha

I will stay here next time I come. You were a good example of teaching me, and even though I said something wrong, you were kind to me until the end, so I was very grateful.

The one-bedroom B&B is clean and convenient for dining and shopping. You can cook.

The two bedrooms and one living room have an open kitchen, and the location is convenient, next to the big shopping mall downstairs. The layout of the rooms is pretty good, and the sanitation is ok. Reminder, SMS intermediary is required to take the door card and password.
