Peridot Gallery Classic Hotel

It was our first trip to Vietnam and we were glad that we chose Peridot Gallery Hotel for our stay in Hanoi. It was strategically located at the Old Quarter and there were many interesting little shops, cafes, and eateries around. Everything was reachable by foot. We were super impressed with its service , all the staffs were happy to help and would do their best to accommodate our needs! When we had to walk over to their sister hotel for our SPA appointment they even allocated a staff to walk us there ! Breakfast was of the best quality ! We also took time to enjoy the rooftop bar at night ! All in all we were really satisfied with our stay and would not hesitate to recommend to others !

Lift is very bad,staff is rude, rooms r v small , at checkout they will charge you for missing towels and keys. Even spoons are charged for. 1 towel, 1 spoon and 1 key cost me 50 million dong. Absolute fleezing. Never get here please. Very bad 👎 😕

Great location, I opted for the junior suite as some rooms don’t have a window and I wanted one. Great friendly and helpful staff, a nice breakfast and great city views from the roof top bar. Had in room food service and it was yummy - I’d reccomend this place 100%

Great hotel, great service and breakfast. Most pleasant staff at breakfast buffet every morning and helpful travel desk. Special thanks to Aubrey at the main reception. She helped plan our private tours very nicely to ninh binh, trang anh, tam coc, and buoc dong. Always ready to help for anything. We stayed here for 7 days. Every city location is closeby from here. Train street, hoan kiem lake, ho tay lake, temples and beautiful cafes all around Balcony rooms are amazing.

Loved our stay at Peridot! Mai and Aubrey made sure we were looked after. Mai stayed in contact with us during our stay in Hanoi and suggested a few places to eat and attractions to check out. Aubrey gave us guidance on tours. The spa was heavenly, rooms were excellent and overall service was GRAND! Highly recommend!

We have been fortunate to stay in quite a few hotels in our time and especially on this trip where we have travelled the length of Vietnam, experiencing wonderful hospitality in general in Vietnam. However, this hotel and its staff are beyond exceptional and most certainly beyond 5*. We are willing to say this might be the best experience we have had in any hotel worldwide, it’s just the hospitality. But we booked a room with airport transfers and breakfast and it was great. The staff know how to look after their guests on an individual basis and the personalised touches are beyond beautiful. We have no words but to describe the hospitality and service this place has provided us as overwhelmingly good. We would like to personally thank the entire team at the Peridot from Mr Long, Ms Mai & Ms Tu Anh but also everyone who works at this hotel. However, we would like to extend a special thank you to Julie! A above and beyond, exceptional human being who knows the true meaning of hospitality and service, she has done nothing except looked after us our entire stay here, she knew everything about us and welcomed us like no other person we have ever met. The service tops any hotel we have stayed in from the JW Marriott to the Intercontinental, we would go as far to say they could learn from her let alone the rest of the team. Sometimes staying in a range of hotels and visiting new places you learn that service comes in all shapes and forms but a personalised service like no other is a lifetime experience. Thank you Julie for you 10* personality & service! We will never forget this and the gift you left us at reception was a wonderful and heartwarming touch.
