The hotel is located in a walkable distance to main attractions, the rooms are clean, the restaurant has a nice view, but the best things is the staff, especially the receptionists. They are incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming. We just wish everyone would be like Thao!

The hotel is located very close to the train street. The room is small, no place to lay your luggage open if not on the bed table, the bathroom has a good size. Power supply on one side of the bed only. Clean. Fixed showerhead (rainfall), not handheld. Hardryer and safe available. Able to use eu plugs with no power supplier adapter. Amenities: shower gel and shampoo, soap, shower cap, toothbrush/toothpaste, cotton buds, comb. No iron/iron board. Minibar with complimentary coffee/tea, anything else is an extra. Using the tv is extremely complicated (need to switch to hmd1 on a no more readable remote control, press several buttons in a specific succession, with more or less long pressing, and you will have mastered this self-learn training when your stay is over), have spotted only one English channel (otherwise Vietnamese or Corean) with hollywood classics and no news. Window with a view on the stairs and the next window (!). Staff very kind. Breakfast ok: sausages, eggs, soup; vegetarian-friendly: freshly made omelette, fried rice and noodles available. Good Vietnamese coffee.

I was extremely impressed with the service provided by Ms. Thao Nguyen at the front desk. She was attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Her dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. I sincerely hope to see her promoted to a higher position soon!

I had a wonderful experience at Lorasa Hotel, and I want to give a special thanks to Thao Nguyen for her exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, Thao was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. She made sure to answer all my questions and always provided the best service she could. Her kindness and attention to detail made me feel very welcome. It’s rare to find such excellent service, and I truly appreciated everything she did to make my stay memorable. Thank you, Thao! She has such a good heart who deserves to be recognised for her hard work.

The room we had is surprisingly big and had a bathtub! We had twin beds. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. Breakfast buffet is OK. It had a decent amount of offerings. Although the hotel had foreign exchange services, the exchange rate is quite steep.

This hotel is great, very clean and nice. The staff are very professional, coordianted, friendly, and helpful. Especially Thi Thao Nguyen, our tour agency had a mishap and they returned us here when they were supposed to take us to another hotel, but she went above and beyond to help us find our agent that first brought us here and arranged for a cab to pick us up. 10/10 would stay here again!

The hotel is just as described. The receptionist Thao Nguyen is very welcoming, and the products offered at the restaurant are diverse. The rooms are well-maintained and clean. I recommend this hotel, which is located not far from Hanoi train station.

Absolutely amazing service, The receptionist Ms NTThao was very helpful and sorted out all my problems. When I return to hanoi I will definitely be staying at this hotel again. Breakfast was amazing and the rooms were really well looked after.

Came here on a group trip and it was great- great price for a nice room, and included breakfast was also really nice! Walking distance to some really cool landmarks like the temple of literature. Anh at the front desk was super helpful during check in and check out.
