There are a total of 5 of us, and we stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. There is a good coffee shop in front of the hotel (you must sit on the terrace to drink a cup of egg coffee (I don’t remember the photo of the cup owner)). If you turn right or left at the entrance, there is a Vietnamese restaurant with delicious food. If you go two steps to the left, there will be a restaurant with all kinds of French bread and snacks. There is a church just before the entrance. (There was an earlier meeting at Soyan than I did), and there is Cricle OK in isolation, so I don’t have to worry about lack of water or food at night. In fact, I won’t be exhausted because there are massages every few stalls, so it’s a long way to go. The city is only ten minutes away. You can drink and dine in the club at night. The location is first-rate. If you just want a bed, the price/performance ratio is very high. But if you have absolute requirements for the room, I don’t recommend it, because it costs about $400 a night (you should understand what I’m talking about), and Room 01 has a small terrace (even if two people go out to eat and smoke) ), Room 02 does not have a terrace but is rather large and has a bathtub (but I guess you don’t know how to take a bath 😂), and there is a problem with the water level design of the floor of Room 01, which will cause water accumulation. (After a while, the water will go away first and you need to sprinkle it). I have a little incident. My two friends live on the 6th and 7th floors. They should be in a bad place with no water to take a shower (but I and others live on the 2nd and 5th floors respectively, so we are fine 😂). You want to use my basement to take a shower.

In the room I stayed in, the sink was very clogged and the water couldn't leak. There were no bath towels in the bathroom, only 2 towels were provided, and they were all placed on the bed. . . . . It feels like a small hotel that is only worth 100 yuan a night, but the price is 300. The breakfast is taken by the front desk to take you 2 streets to other hotels to eat. . . . . In short, this hotel makes people want to leave as soon as they live in it.

Arriving at the accommodation, we were directly given (without asking for it) a different room than the one paid for (their motivation? unknown). No balcony, the bathroom far from anything that was visible in the pictures (we didn't even had the courage to take a shower). The bathroom door did not close at all (probably warped from excessive humidity caused by mold), the (old yellowish) toilet lid damaged, traces of mold on the joints, old furniture (different from the pictures), air conditioning with error "E8" at a few minutes after starting (I turned it off completely, unable to use it). A layer of dust on most surfaces. An extremely strong smell of mold (steaming moisture) did not give us peace even in the morning, after a night of tortured sleep (we just hope we don't get sick after such an experience). Breakfast was a total fiasco. They accompanied us to another accommodation unit, where they left us in the hands of someone who could barely speak a few words in bad English. Not only frowning and being expeditious, he kept repeating to us: "only one", but not understanding what we were both struggling to tell him (namely that one of us was still waiting for the egg ordered with dozens of minutes ago, while he was still taking it to others arrived after we arrived), he had the gross insensitivity to burst out hysterically, insistently repeating the same words that were superfluous to the context. At one point I got up to get a slice of bread, during which he actually took my pancake from the table (which I had finished cutting, having to start breakfast with something sweet in the absence of the egg). Embarrassing. A service I don't consider I benefited from, I left there hungry and disgusted.

To start this review off let’s start at the stairs because they are uneven and jammed Finn of ladders, boxes and chairs. We had to walk up the stairs because the elevator is too small to fit my family in, only our luggage. For the three days we spent in the hotel our rooms did not receive a vacuum. Some other things were: Our air dripped water every time it was on. The bath tub was raised off the ground too high( a struggle to get in and out). The safe wasn’t kept in place, you could pick it up and walk out the room. The bathroom was covered in mould. I do not recommend this hotel, but its location is very nice. We also stayed at new years when they charged and extra $50 per night when the original price was only $34. Over all horrible experience.

Sufficient but not great. Very noisy area, not super clean, not well lit or airy. Basic facilities ok but could do with a deep clean and update. Also very expensive for what you get. Breakfast included but at a different hotel which the hosts walk you to - about a block away.

The staff were quite friendly and attentive to my and my friends’ needs. The laundry service is fantastic with a fast turn around time. They also helped me with a taxi to the airport which made things very simple and easy. I was disappointed that my room did not have a water boiler, yet they had tea cups in the room.

Very good option right in the center of Hanoi's old town. They are starting again after the covid, like most hotels. Good cleanliness, good location, and above all great attention from the guys who helped us and worried at all times so that we got to know Vietnam and everything was to our liking.
