I have stay at this hotel when I was in Hanoi in May.. The hotel is very clean and very comfortable and staff are very friendly and welcoming.. The location is very good buses to take you all over Hanoi. And very close to the LOTTIE SHOPPING MALL..

Unfortunately, my stay was affected by a very strong sewage smell in the room. The odor was particularly noticeable late in the evening and early in the morning, making the room quite unpleasant, they offered to change the room but it didn’t help the problem. I hope the hotel investigates and resolves the issue, as it detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay. The housekeeping is alright. The location is good, it’s close to the Lotte mall (photos attached) and it’s a 35min bus ride/20min taxi ride from Hanoi’s Old Quarter.

This hotel is located in the heart of Hanoi, right next to the massive Lotte Mall, which is within walking distance. The hotel is brand new, everything is spotless and beautifully decorated. The room is bright and cozy. Highly recommend! ❤️👍🏻
