Great stay at Sheraton Hanoi West! ⭐️ The front desk staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend Sheraton Hanoi West and would be happy to stay here again on our next visit to Hanoi! 😊

The hotel facilities were clean and tidy at night, and the environment was beautiful. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic during check-in. The location is also excellent, with a Chinese restaurant nearby and close proximity to Hanoi Airport.

Huge thanks to the hotel for the complimentary upgrade! It made my stay even better. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Plus, the breakfast spread was amazing with fresh juice, live cooking stations for noodles, and omelets. They even have a Skybar on the rooftop, a pool, and a gym – all the facilities you could ask for. The staff were also incredibly friendly and polite. Overall, a fantastic experience! I'll definitely be back.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Not much food options around the hotel but once you walk about 500m down, there are more choices. Connected next to a small ****** and lucky the meeting location is just next door. Diagonally across the road is a decent grocery store and some food options.

The hotel is very luxurious and excellent but very affordable. Very Clean, Very Quiet, Very Relaxing to stay. The food is very good and we love ot so much🥰❤️.. We are looking for another visit to vietnam and looking forward for checking in to your hotel again.see you next time and Godbless you🙏🙏🙏
