The location of this hotel is very close to the airports. However, you still need a taxi. When I arrived at the hotel by midnight, 1am, which is fully prepaid and I have informed the hotel that I will arrived after 12am, the staff told me there is no room for me since I am late so they sold the room to others. He understand the note I made and he sold the prepaid room to others. After long time of communication, the staff drove me to another dirty hotel. The quilt is moist and hair is on the sheet. Pissy smell from the toilet. Clear noise from the doorway all night long. Not recommended for any kind of traveller.

Booked so I could walk from the airport . Unfortunately, you can not walk and I had to take a taxi. Hotel does airport transfers

Room was clean, quiet and had a good nights sleep before the flight. The transfer to the airport which was 80,000 was helpful and efficient.

This hotel is very good and clean . Location is very near Hanoi international airport. . Hotel below has restaurants. This Restaurant is very delicious and clean.

I made a reservation because my flight was at 8am. The staff were all young and energetic. I was able to relax in a spacious room. When I told them I wanted to check out at 5am, they offered to give me a ride for 80,000 Vietnamese dong. I had originally planned to walk or take a Grab taxi, but I checked out at 4:45 and arrived at T2 at 4:52. It was very smart and convenient. When I checked to take a Grab taxi to T2 at the same time, it was 56,000 Vietnamese dong, so considering things like pick-up, it's safer to have a hotel transfer. The tissues in the room were empty and there was no replacement toilet paper, but it seemed they had forgotten to refill it, so they refilled it right away.
