Hanoi Serenity Hotel 2
3.8/57 Reviews
Hoan Kiem District
The guy at the front desk was very nice and patient. The room is small and has poor soundproofing, but the sanitary conditions are pretty good and not dirty. However, the wires on the water heater seemed to have been burned in a previous fire and had not been replaced, which felt a bit dangerous.
A25 Hotel - 12 NGO Sy Lien

Dong Da District-Temple of Literature
Due to flight delay, we arrived at the hotel after 12 o'clock in the morning. Grab arrived at the hotel door, and the security guard immediately came to help open the door and take the luggage to the hotel counter. The service attitude of the hotel counter staff was also very good. The check-in speed was very fast. The room was of medium size and equipped with supplies. The preparation is thoughtful and considerate, and the rice noodles for breakfast are even better than those sold outside.
Bi Ecosuites Hanoi

Ba Dinh Square/Giang Vo Convention Center
I stayed at Bi Eco Suites for a total of 6 nights. The staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. It is somewhat slightly difficult to find - the cab driver from the airport had problems and subsequently everyone else who were to pick me up etc. However, I quite liked that I was far enough from the Old Quarter that it wasn’t really loud, and close enough to walk there easily. The rooms are brilliant. Well equipped and spotless. I loved my time here. If I were to stay in Hanoi again, I’d absolutely be staying here!
Ivy Hotel & Apartment

Ba Dinh Square/Giang Vo Convention Center
Basic hotel apartments. Only big issues for me, there are a few mobile phone towers right in roof top and 2 facing the hotel. If anyone like to be bombarding with mobile phone towers tramission radiation, welcome to stay. Walking around the city, mobile phone towers are every where on residential roof top too. Omg, no safety regulation at all.
Aira Boutique Hanoi Hotel & Spa

Ba Dinh Square/Giang Vo Convention Center
Hanoi is one of my favorite cities in the world. The hotel I was accustomed to stay in closed due to pandemic and ensuing travel ban. As I prepared for my next visit to Hanoi, I asked some friends for a recommendation and I was told about a new hotel opening the Aira Boutique Hanoi Hotel & Spa. There were two of us traveling and we booked two king rooms for nine nights and paid one half of the total bill in advance. One of the staff, Hoa, went out her way to help me plan the trip from USA to Hanoi by giving me her WhatsApp number. When we were notified that our planned flight to Hanoi was cancelled, still be cause of COVID travel issues. I notified the hotel and my refund was promptly processed. I appreciate the excellent service!

perfect location- train street and ild quarters on one side and all government establishments on the other. very safe location. facilities- you will find all amenities in such a small space. great space utilisation. services- helped us with to and fro airport cab and Sapa to Hanoi cabs. they provided the best rates. Also allowed us to keep all our 6 bags for 4 hours before we departed for our flights. cleanliness- perfect value for money- 100% loved the caretaker lady who does not understand a single English word but was still very helpful all the time.
