Brandi Fuji Hotel

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience in this hotel, I was blocked in the sauna for more than 40 minutes because part of the door was plastic and then it was disconnected and blocked, the door was no longer opened. I cried, I was so scared and at last a panic attack, I couldn't breathe anymore, yet now writing this review, I'm getting a little cold to think about it. The most ridiculous thing is that there was no emergency button in the sauna so no one heard me because the sauna is on the nineth floor. But after 40 minutes of panic, I finally made it open with all my strength by hurting my thick finger, breaking my feet's neck half; bloody and crying I go down and they offer me only a screw. Not even a disinfectant. After calling the management, they brought me to the hospital for check. Of course, I was dehydrated and I had a thousand hearts even after 3 hours of the incident. The worst thing was that for the staff seemed nothing. Yeah, but I could have left our pens!! After visiting the hospital, the receiving officer told me the manager wanted to talk to me, and I thought he wanted to apologize. He told me that normally when they bring people to the hospital they have to pay them the bill and that the sauna door was broken and that it would cost about $100. Indirectly, he tried to ask me to pay for everything, very unhappy, and I obviously refused because I went to the hospital for their sake, and at last did not have to pay for the hospital and the door, but incredible. What a good face torn. After this experience has ruined me all the next holiday. Never again. And be careful in the sauna if you go.

The executive room is a spacious suite featuring a comfortable king bed, desk, flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi to keep you connected. Maybe this is one of my worst experiences about a ksan sub-range segment, a person who works in a hotel for 10 years, is really sad and disappointed with ksan's services, when checking in, the room does not have hot water, I couldn't contact the reception, at the end of the afternoon to change the room, the owner ksan and the operator ksan reported that due to the room change, so I would not clean the room tomorrow (I stayed 2 nights), and I did the job for a long time to know, and then the evening was too cold. I asked for a blanket, the owner ksan also refused to the reason for the staff. The room cleaning has returned to the warehouse and there is no one to cover the blanket at night, until the next day because I didn't clean the room, I asked for more amenities but I couldn't communicate with everyone until the end of the afternoon. I went out and came back and asked, I received a response to the storage that was locked. 2 days use old towels and another very understanding reason is that ksan refused to park motorbikes vs the basement only for guests staying in long stays so (I booked through booking.com to have this benefit) so I had to go to find a parking space (feeling not as a hostel) after what I experienced, I was really disappointed and want to go up booking.com to review avoid for guests to meet the above, more surprising than ksan canceled itself and reported on the app that I canceled with the booking.com side

Everything is good even though this price is! There is a bar for Japanese owners around the hotel, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable!
Honeymoon Hotel

The rooms in this hotel are beautifully furnished and very clean. The bathroom is large, modern and has hot water. The laundry service is cheap and good. The room is cleaned daily on request. There is the possibility to use a kitchen which is quite well equipped. Furthermore, there is a smoking area in the upper floor. The housewife and the receptionist are very nice and premature. We can only recommend a stay in this hotel.

Blue Home Homestay Ha Noi

I really liked the location of this place in how it is near a lot of food, fruit, and vegetable stands. I also liked how it is near a lot of mini stores where I can go pick up things that I need. Owner is very nice and loans me things that I needed. She is very respectful to me calling me sir. Hotel maid was very friendly to be around. I like how there was a portable convection stove for me to cook things with. I like how there were silverware, chopsticks, and dishes that I can use to eat my food with. Very good deal to use the washer where it only costs 20,000 dong for the first time and free for additional uses. I liked how it was near that big Winmart grocery store. Hotel room was very clean. I liked how it had this small space where I can hang my clothes up to dry which was perfect because it was directly underneath the air conditioning unit of the room upstairs where it gives off the heat which dries it faster. Hotel always has a fresh clean set of towels available whenever I need it. Hotel always has toilet paper available whenever I need it. The only thing that I didn't like was that now and then, there are spiders, where I had to kill 2 of them. I also had to deal with a big spider on my last day. I am somebody that has a fear of spiders. I might comeback to this hotel in August, September, or beginning of next year when I comeback towards Hanoi in Vietnam and the situation fits for me.

I was surprised by how well the hospitality here in Sen Hotel, especially considering the affordable room price! I like that the room is warm and cozy with a squeaky clean bed sheet. All the accommodations are perfect for me to travel alone for a business trip. Another highlight for me is the restaurant, where I get to taste all sorts of authentic Vietnamese cuisine, which saves a lot of travel time! I will surely return later with my family, and probably try out the bigger room available here.

Introduction to Hanoi

Hanoi, the capital city of Vietnam, is a fascinating blend of East and West, combining traditional Sino-Vietnamese motifs with French flair. It is known for its centuries-old architecture and a rich culture with Southeast Asian, Chinese, and French influences.

Tips for Travelling to Hanoi

Noi Bai International Airport serves Hanoi and is the largest airport in the country. It's about 45 minutes from the city center. Once in the city, you can navigate using taxis, motorbike taxis, public buses, or by hiring a bicycle or a scooter.

Vietnam’s official currency is the Vietnamese dong (VND), but credit cards are commonly accepted in hotels and restaurants. The Vietnamese language prevails, though English is widely spoken in tourist areas and hotels.

Visa policies vary depending on your nationality, and some travelers may be eligible for visa exemptions for stays less than 15 days. Always check these details before traveling.

Popular Attractions in Hanoi

The Old Quarter is Hanoi's historic heart and commercial hub, showcasing its rich history with well-preserved colonial buildings, ancient pagodas, and vibrant markets.

Visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the Presidential Palace, and the Ho Chi Minh Museum to delve into Vietnam's past. Don't miss the Temple of Literature, Vietnam's first national university with its stunning architecture.

Weather, Best Time to Visit, and What to Wear

Hanoi experiences a warm humid subtropical climate with plenty of rainfall. The best times to visit are spring (February-April) and autumn (October-December) when temperatures are milder. Summer can be hot and humid, while winter is cool and dry. Depending on the season, pack suitable clothing for your comfort.

Choosing Your Ideal Hotel in Hanoi

For a luxury stay near attractions, consider the Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi, a grand colonial building in the French Quarter. Budget travelers might find the Hanoi Serene Centre Hotel & Spa or the Hanoi Brilliant Hotel and Spa appealing for their great locations and affordability.
