Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience in this hotel, I was blocked in the sauna for more than 40 minutes because part of the door was plastic and then it was disconnected and blocked, the door was no longer opened. I cried, I was so scared and at last a panic attack, I couldn't breathe anymore, yet now writing this review, I'm getting a little cold to think about it. The most ridiculous thing is that there was no emergency button in the sauna so no one heard me because the sauna is on the nineth floor. But after 40 minutes of panic, I finally made it open with all my strength by hurting my thick finger, breaking my feet's neck half; bloody and crying I go down and they offer me only a screw. Not even a disinfectant. After calling the management, they brought me to the hospital for check. Of course, I was dehydrated and I had a thousand hearts even after 3 hours of the incident. The worst thing was that for the staff seemed nothing. Yeah, but I could have left our pens!! After visiting the hospital, the receiving officer told me the manager wanted to talk to me, and I thought he wanted to apologize. He told me that normally when they bring people to the hospital they have to pay them the bill and that the sauna door was broken and that it would cost about $100. Indirectly, he tried to ask me to pay for everything, very unhappy, and I obviously refused because I went to the hospital for their sake, and at last did not have to pay for the hospital and the door, but incredible. What a good face torn. After this experience has ruined me all the next holiday. Never again. And be careful in the sauna if you go.

Maybe this is one of my worst experiences about a ksan sub-range segment, a person who works in a hotel for 10 years, is really sad and disappointed with ksan's services, when checking in, the room does not have hot water, I couldn't contact the reception, at the end of the afternoon to change the room, the owner ksan and the operator ksan reported that due to the room change, so I would not clean the room tomorrow (I stayed 2 nights), and I did the job for a long time to know, and then the evening was too cold. I asked for a blanket, the owner ksan also refused to the reason for the staff. The room cleaning has returned to the warehouse and there is no one to cover the blanket at night, until the next day because I didn't clean the room, I asked for more amenities but I couldn't communicate with everyone until the end of the afternoon. I went out and came back and asked, I received a response to the storage that was locked. 2 days use old towels and another very understanding reason is that ksan refused to park motorbikes vs the basement only for guests staying in long stays so (I booked through booking.com to have this benefit) so I had to go to find a parking space (feeling not as a hostel) after what I experienced, I was really disappointed and want to go up booking.com to review avoid for guests to meet the above, more surprising than ksan canceled itself and reported on the app that I canceled with the booking.com side

Everything is good even though this price is! There is a bar for Japanese owners around the hotel, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable!
Sumitomo13 Apartment - 81 Linh Lang Street

I stayed for about 2 weeks. The location is the best for Japanese people because the location is Linlan Street, where the Japanese food district and the Japanese supermarket are located. The room is very large with 80 ㎡ and the sun is great. It is well equipped and has a small balcony, so you can drink coffee or read a book there. However, the unfortunate thing is that the shower in the bathroom is weak and not hot. I also gave feedback to the staff, but there was no feedback and I felt cold until the end I took a bath. Except for this, it's perfect and uncomplainable.

Nice space, affordable price, enthusiastic staff, fully equipped, my friends like it very much. I am really impressed and extremely happy to experience the room next to HB. From the reception to the sale, all professional, the rooms are clean. If I come back, I will definitely choose HB and recommend to my friends
Sen Hotel - Managed by Sen Hotel Group

I was surprised by how well the hospitality here in Sen Hotel, especially considering the affordable room price! I like that the room is warm and cozy with a squeaky clean bed sheet. All the accommodations are perfect for me to travel alone for a business trip. Another highlight for me is the restaurant, where I get to taste all sorts of authentic Vietnamese cuisine, which saves a lot of travel time! I will surely return later with my family, and probably try out the bigger room available here.

It's an apartment. The room is not big and the windows face the patio. It's like nothing. The quality of the facilities in the room is okay, better than the average express hotel. The waiter has a very good attitude. He doesn't speak Chinese but speaks English. There is a local Vietnamese restaurant at the door, and it is convenient to take a taxi.
