I am allocated a room at the 6 floor. I found out that there is upper and surface level for the room. And my room was in upper level, I need to carry my luggage up without any ramp at all so inconvenient, the designer must be a ********

The receptionist was very kind even though Trip.com used incorrect photos - the room advertised on the platform shows pictures of a renovated bathroom - this is not the case.

Very nice and clean Hotel. Comfortable bedding, as you always can expect from Hilton. We got free upgrade to family room once I requested possibilities for a twin bed.

This hotel is good. Location is convenient

This was the most satisfying hotel of the trip. It was spacious, close to the train station and subway station, making it convenient for us to shop at various stores. The train station was also within walking distance!

It has a gym and spa, and the room key is made of wood, which is quite unique. They even gave us welcome cookies on the first day! However, compared to the Hilton in Heidelberg, it's slightly lower in every aspect, yet the price is several hundred euros higher. Perhaps the two cities are at different levels of development, and it seems every hotel in Hanover has to pay a tax. They arranged a sofa bed for my child in advance, but I had to pay an extra fee, which wasn't the case in Heidelberg. Bottled water in the room costs 8 euros, while in Heidelberg it's a free bottle every day.

I saw this hotel when I last visited Hanover, so I decided to book it this time. The hotel room was very spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. However, the shower curtain in the bathroom kept splashing water, which was inconvenient.

Nice Hotel

The hotel was great. I arrived quite late, and the front desk gave me a cookie, which was really nice. The only downside is that it's a bit far from Hanover Central Station, which could be inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage.

The breakfast is very good, close to Hannover train station, but the room is not soundproofed
