Situated at the old cargo trainstation of Hannover this NYCE is a good stay when you are looking for a non thrill basic, but comfortable stay, room #809 on the highest floor is rather small with a excellent view over Hannover. bathroom was on the smaller side too. i fitted barely inside shower. a short 15 min walk to Hannover train station and close to the Barok gardens and public transports. Young and friendly staff, helpful and correct.

The hotel is very characteristic, in the city center, convenient transportation, Trip.com booking is also very convenient, a good choice for business travel, it is not good to book a room during the previous exhibition, the price is a bit expensive

I recommend people to join miles program once they reach hotel. After registering, they can get free train/bus card for their stay. I feel that staff is good and responding. However, sometimes too much shortage of manning causes some issue of discomfort. Also had one incident where towel were smelly.

Desk staff were always so friendly, on arrival our room did smell like cigarette smoke but of course this is no ones fault, the smell was fine with a window open, room was so bright, cozy & homey, parking was a little on the expensive side but there is parking on the street for a smaller fee

Several brothers at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The room facilities were very complete. Disposable items could also be ordered for free. In addition to heating the hair set, the other was good and bad. By the way, the sound insulation of the window was very good.

Just beside the Hannover Main Station, the rooms are very good, the price is excellent, the breakfast is exquisite and worth recommending.

In some hotels I find it very difficult to write a good/fair review. This is the case. The hotel is not bad in principle. It is conveniently located near the train station, but in an autonomous area, right next to a strip club and surrounded by really ugly construction sins from the 1970s and 1980s. The (business) rooms are OK, but in awful dark red and a little uncomfortable furnished. Bad has come in the years. There are partly three-sticks around the bed for electricity supply. Everything was in principle clean. Breakfast was OK, even though there is quite little choice. It is quickly filled and the lady was very nice. Overall OK for one night, but somehow the Funk has not passed over with me.

We were often at the forum in Hannover. Since my wife was free on her birthday in the short term, we arrived the day before to the afternoon. We had booked an arrangement with a zoo visit. As always, we were super friendly and welcomed in advance and even got our favorite room. In the evening we had a very delicious rippchen in the restaurant. Very recommended. The next day my wife had birthday and all staff from reception to service, even the hotel director have congratulated and the breakfast table was very beautifully decorated. Sect and cake surprise included. We were very happy about it. Also in this Corona time all hygiene measures were followed and you felt safe everywhere.
