The environment is good, but the details of the room design need to be improved, such as there is no place to put towels and clothes around the bath. I booked the whole cloth bag villa loft air conditioner was broken and hot. Especially the living room on the first floor had a heavy smell. The guests did not remove the smell before the guests checked in. It was not good to feel it all at once.

Ctrip helped me upgrade the room type. The first two pictures are the original room type, and the last two pictures are the upgraded room type. In the middle is breakfast. If you want to escape your normal everyday routine and unwind in a mini Greece in Hangzhou then this is the perfect place to go. The hotel is as described if not more . Pictures don’t even do any justice to what the eye sees. The outside views are nice and the rooms have an elegant twist to them. The pool is great it’s child friendly but I personally would of liked it deeper. The staff was friendly and kind to answer/help where needed. I recommend highly recommended this hotel. I rate it a sold 4.8.
