If you want to be a stone throw away from the West Lake, this is a fantastic place to be. With everything you would want to see right on your doorstep. Our room, although a little dated, was clean and comfortable. I do prefer a firm bed and this was on the soft side. Make sure to bring a USB plug as there were no usb sockets in our room. Also, for a room with a street view rather than a residential building, ask for an odd numbered room. Breakfast selection was great and varied.

CONS: Considering this is an International Hotel ”Grand Hyatt” - At first, they gave me a room that was not fully furnished (no bath tub and shower door), different than the pict that they advertised. I complained to the manager to give me another room. In the end she transfered me to the fully furnished one, but she seemed annoyed by my complain. - Compared to other Hyatt rooms that I've stayed, this room was the smallest. - Limited selection of breakfast for a 5 stars International hotel. Not worth for the price they charged.

Inside the hotel is the Imperial Garden of the Song Dynasty. History is around you and it is so beautiful. Hygiene: Hygiene is very good and very clean. Facilities: The facilities are complete and considerate, the hotel supplies are of good quality, and the bedding is very comfortable.

A very, very, very beautiful hotel, close to the West Lake. Although you can't see the West Lake directly, it only takes 5 minutes to walk there. The villa has three floors, with a living and dining room on the ground floor, a guest toilet, and a TV in the living room. The middle floor is a large bathroom with a bathtub and a tub. The hotel provides disposable supplies. On the upper half floor is the master bedroom. Before reaching the master bedroom, there is a powder room, wardrobe and bathroom. From the far edge of the 13th floor, we can see the observation deck on the 10th floor and part of the West Lake. Hotel features: The observation deck on the 10th floor is very unique, but the foggy weather during those two days affected the impression. Otherwise, it would have been very pleasant to sit there, look at the West Lake, and have a drink. The lobby on the first floor of the hotel is quite grand. There is a very interesting study room. There were activities during the two days we were there. The children painted fans and liked it very much. They said that there were key people in this unit. They were on duty, because it was during the two sessions. Maintain stability. I took a key and mashed it for a long time, but I didn’t find the hole. I called the customer service and said that the password forgot to send it. Okay, enter the password and enter.
