The location is superb, within a 30-minute radius of Hangzhou and an hour's drive to major attractions in Jiaxing, Shaoxing, Ningbo, and Huzhou. There are also plenty of tea shops and eateries nearby. The hygiene is reliable; both the interior and exterior of the hotel are spotless and impeccably clean, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel facilities are comprehensive. The toiletries are high quality, breakfast is abundant, and laundry, gym, tea, and coffee services are all available. Plus, there's free parking with in-and-out privileges. The service is warm and attentive. The front desk staff were friendly, gentle, thoughtful, and meticulous. They even delivered my laundered clothes to my room, which was very touching. Words alone can't express how much I enjoyed my stay. I'll definitely be back for another experience!

If you're planning a trip to Liangzhu, I highly recommend staying at this hotel. The rooms are spotless, and the courtyard environment is as lovely as depicted in the photos. The hotel staff's service and smiles strike a perfect balance between professionalism and warmth; they truly make you feel at home. What truly surprised me, however, was the tea. I consider myself to have a discerning palate for tea. West Lake Longjing isn't typically my preferred kind; I've sampled various grades, from ordinary to those costing thousands or even tens of thousands of yuan, but I've never quite developed a fondness for it. Yet, the pre-Qingming Longjing tea provided in the hotel room was an exception. It felt imbued with the pure essence of nature and the spirit of the earth, offering a wonderfully smooth and subtly sweet taste. After all, guests only bother to take photos and write reviews when something is either exceptionally bad or offers outstanding value for money! I have a small suggestion for the hotel: it would be wonderful to label the ancient trees in the courtyard. This would allow visitors from all over the country to learn more about Southern Chinese flora.

My daughter was having a femtosecond laser surgery on her glasses, so I booked it online for convenience. But after checking in, I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. I highly recommend this canal-side hotel. From the front desk lady's every ”Hello! Hello!” greeting, I could feel the warmth and happiness. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise; my daughter praised its balanced nutrition. In the evening, we were right outside the Dadou Road cultural district, which is incredibly convenient for all kinds of food and fun.
