Service was absolutely top notch, from the check-in staff, the concierge, the room service crew, as you would expect from a proper 5 star hotel. Breakfast had lots of great options for everyone, there was one female cook that didn’t seem to want to hold things for me on the side while I was handling stuff for the wife and baby, but the manager took care of it for us, so once again, amazing service. Room was big and well maintained albeit a bit old. Wife insisted that I mentioned the amazing quality of the soap. I’ll say that the bed was a bit too soft for us, but I’m sure others will love that. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so relaxing. Will definitely stay again!!

This is my second stay. Whenever I visit Hangzhou, I prefer staying near the lakeside for convenience. The hotel is in the style of an old star-rated hotel. The lobby and restaurant are very spacious and grand. The rooms are clean and well-equipped. I stayed here for two days. It takes 15 minutes to walk from the hotel to the Broken Bridge and 5 minutes to the lakeside. You can also go shopping at Wulin Night Market in the evening, which is only a 10-minute walk away. The room service is also attentive. After a day of visiting the West Lake, the room was very clean and tidy. Fruits and clothes drying racks were also prepared. The housekeepers Yu Ying and Ran Hanghu provided good service. I commend it. I will stay at Wanghu Hotel next time I come to Hangzhou.

The bath water is large and the hot water is stable (additional items). 24-hour purifier ventilation. Cleaned very clean every day. 3) Every waiter, including the cleaning aunt, is very enthusiastic, careful, and can find the needs of the guests in time. 4) In-house guests can make an appointment to visit the Great Hall of the People in Zhejiang Province, which is the best surprise for this trip. The young man who explained was very serious and led everyone to understand Zhejiang and understand the development of Zhejiang. Very suitable for families with children. A very, very, very beautiful hotel, close to the West Lake. Although you can't see the West Lake directly, it only takes 5 minutes to walk there. It has a feeling of seclusion in the urban area, which is definitely the feeling in the early Republic of China. I have seen other people’s comments saying that the hotel will upgrade the rooms, it’s true😂! The villa has three floors, with a living and dining room on the ground floor, a guest toilet, and a TV in the living room. The middle floor is a large bathroom with a bathtub and a tub. The hotel provides disposable supplies. On the upper half floor is the master bedroom. Before reaching the master bedroom, there is a powder room, wardrobe and bathroom. The master bedroom has a TV and a small independent balcony. The upper half floor is also a balcony, a large balcony that can communicate with the house next door. The hotel provides breakfast in a semi-buffet style, which is a bit too rich for me😂😂.

PRO: - Strategic location, by the side of Xihu Lake and there were lots of restaurants and shopping mall behind it. CONS: Considering this is an International Hotel ”Grand Hyatt” - At first, they gave me a room that was not fully furnished (no bath tub and shower door), different than the pict that they advertised. I complained to the manager to give me another room. In the end she transfered me to the fully furnished one, but she seemed annoyed by my complain. - Compared to other Hyatt rooms that I've stayed, this room was the smallest. - Limited selection of breakfast for a 5 stars International hotel. Not worth for the price they charged.

Did not eat anything there but breakfast. That was quite adequate. The toiletries were adequate. Had asked the room service lady for extra tea bags and were served graciously. Also were there the next day too. Overall, comfortable. Because of the location, could get public transport almost immediately. There are a few shopping areas and eateries for all budgets, all around that place. Even later at night, we could find some good restaurants open. The hotel is the closest to Exit F of Fengqi Road Subway Station, with convenient transportation. Wulin Square is just across the street. After checking in, I found that the washbasin in the bathroom had slight cracks. No bathrobes were found. Soundproofing is not great. When I went out, I found that the red carpet was not very smooth, and I didn't see the staff at that time. If there were children, would there be a safety hazard? You can enter the elevator without swiping your card. I don't quite understand this management method.

The location of the hotel is super good and the transportation is very convenient. It is at most 50 meters away from the subway entrance. The room is spacious and bright, the bed is comfortable, and the facilities are new. My two kids love it very much. Especially the Monkey King in various shapes in the hotel, everyone wants to take one home. When I was first making a guide, I noticed the rave reviews of this hotel, so I was looking forward to it even before checking in. As expected, everything I saw was a surprise. The service staff are very professional and friendly, especially Miss Zhou at the front desk. Thank you very much. I got up at 4 a.m. to catch a flight. Thank you very much for your thoughtful preparation of breakfast for our family, and even provided tissues. I, who already like Hangzhou, feel even more moved because of you. Everyone I met in Hangzhou was kind and friendly, even the maintenance man who came over when something went wrong at the hotel made people feel warmer. Because of you, I love Hangzhou even more. Looking forward to meeting you next time.

The location was so good. There are many shopping malls nearby and I could walk to Seoho. The hotel is right near the subway station, so it is recommended for people with a lot of luggage. In order to visit the West Lake and Lingyin Temple in Hangzhou, I chose this hotel. It is very cost-effective on the weekend. Although the room has been renovated for 10 years, it is very clean. The restaurant on the 25th floor is very spacious. If the weather is good, you can overlook the West Lake. The restaurant has a rich variety of dishes, which vary every day. The transportation is also relatively convenient. If you go to West Lake, you can just ride a shared bicycle. There is a Guochang Plaza nearby for eating, which basically meets the needs of eating out. The service is really good. When checking in, the front desk clerk added WeChat and introduced the travel routes patiently and enthusiastically. Enjoying the check-in service in the large and bright lobby on the 25th floor is a good start😄. Unexpectedly, after checking out and leaving, I received a call from the hotel: I forgot something! I happened to be communicating through Xiao Fu’s WeChat, so I asked the hotel to express it. It’s rare to write so much. I would like to express my pleasure in visiting Hangzhou again and my gratitude for the hotel’s service.

The location of the house is quiet in the middle of noisy. It is separated from the West Lake by a road. It is very convenient to take a walk at night. The landlord boss is also very good and very enthusiastic. The only downside is that the house is in an old residential building. There is no elevator to climb the building. The corridor is not wide. It is not convenient to climb the building with luggage. The sanitation on the corridor is also poor, but climbing up the fourth floor to open the door is still bright.
