Service was absolutely top notch, from the check-in staff, the concierge, the room service crew, as you would expect from a proper 5 star hotel. Breakfast had lots of great options for everyone, there was one female cook that didn’t seem to want to hold things for me on the side while I was handling stuff for the wife and baby, but the manager took care of it for us, so once again, amazing service. Room was big and well maintained albeit a bit old. Wife insisted that I mentioned the amazing quality of the soap. I’ll say that the bed was a bit too soft for us, but I’m sure others will love that. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so relaxing. Will definitely stay again!!

Evetything is good, the room is big&clean. Though, it said no window but they actually have window but it is just no view, you look out and see sky wallpaper, fake tree & bird ( which I has no problem since it is already written that the room has no window. Also, you can check in pretty early, so convenient 😁

The location of the house is quiet in the middle of noisy. It is separated from the West Lake by a road. It is very convenient to take a walk at night. The landlord boss is also very good and very enthusiastic. The only downside is that the house is in an old residential building. There is no elevator to climb the building. The corridor is not wide. It is not convenient to climb the building with luggage. The sanitation on the corridor is also poor, but climbing up the fourth floor to open the door is still bright.

The location of the hotel is good. Very near the main Xi Hu (West Lake) attractions. The hotel is a bit old and hence, the rooms were quite large. I bit pricey, but not robbing the bank. The hotel was lacking in a bit about cleanliness. There was a strange thing. I had just normal temperature water in the shower. The wash basin had hot water. Had to complain, and it was set right. Did not eat anything there but breakfast. That was quite adequate. The toiletries were adequate. Had asked the room service lady for extra tea bags and were served graciously. Also were there the next day too. Overall, comfortable. Because of the location, could get public transport almost immediately. There are a few shopping areas and eateries for all budgets, all around that place. Even later at night, we could find some good restaurants open. The price is a bit higher than normal Chinese Hotels, but can attribute that to the tourist city of Hangzhou. Overall, satisfied. All in all, the main

This is a great little hotel in an amazing location, just right to explore the famous West Lake or enjoy the local bars and restaurants. It is only a stones throw from Wades and Night Bird, so if you enjoy stopping out until the early hours it’s a a short walk before you can ‘crash out “. The rooms are clean and warm and the reception staff friendly and efficient. This is always my first stop for either a weekend in the center of Hangzhou or an extended break.
