This is my second stay. Whenever I visit Hangzhou, I prefer staying near the lakeside for convenience. The hotel is in the style of an old star-rated hotel. The lobby and restaurant are very spacious and grand. The rooms are clean and well-equipped. I stayed here for two days. It takes 15 minutes to walk from the hotel to the Broken Bridge and 5 minutes to the lakeside. You can also go shopping at Wulin Night Market in the evening, which is only a 10-minute walk away. The room service is also attentive. After a day of visiting the West Lake, the room was very clean and tidy. Fruits and clothes drying racks were also prepared. The housekeepers Yu Ying and Ran Hanghu provided good service. I commend it. I will stay at Wanghu Hotel next time I come to Hangzhou.

Service was absolutely top notch, from the check-in staff, the concierge, the room service crew, as you would expect from a proper 5 star hotel. Breakfast had lots of great options for everyone, there was one female cook that didn’t seem to want to hold things for me on the side while I was handling stuff for the wife and baby, but the manager took care of it for us, so once again, amazing service. Room was big and well maintained albeit a bit old. Wife insisted that I mentioned the amazing quality of the soap. I’ll say that the bed was a bit too soft for us, but I’m sure others will love that. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so relaxing. Will definitely stay again!!

The hotel provides disposable supplies. On the upper half floor is the master bedroom. Before reaching the master bedroom, there is a powder room, wardrobe and bathroom. The master bedroom has a TV and a small independent balcony. The upper half floor is also a balcony, a large balcony that can communicate with the house next door. The hotel provides breakfast in a semi-buffet style, which is a bit too rich for me😂😂.

After the broken bridge is lit up at night, the scenery is first-rate. Basically, you can see the beautiful view of West Lake when you go downstairs. It is worth taking two more steps. If you can't carry your luggage up, you can call the store in advance and they can help. All the employees are warm and courteous, and the cleaning is also very good. Knowing that we drink up all the water and coffee every day, they will spontaneously add more to us, which is really heartwarming. The breakfast was also good and nutritionally balanced, but we only ate it for one day because we had to visit scenic spots. It should be noted that if you have friends whose legs and feet are not stable, you should consider this because you will have to go up and down the stairs many times.
