If you want to be a stone throw away from the West Lake, this is a fantastic place to be. With everything you would want to see right on your doorstep. Our room, although a little dated, was clean and comfortable. I do prefer a firm bed and this was on the soft side. Make sure to bring a USB plug as there were no usb sockets in our room. Also, for a room with a street view rather than a residential building, ask for an odd numbered room. Breakfast selection was great and varied.

It's near the main train station, and not far from the lake, but very disappointed, this is NOT a 5 star hotel. Room was ok but no soap or toothbrush, pillows too thin and soft, and the gym/pool was in a smelly basement. Staff was tedious and slow at check in. Also the top floor restaurant -- nice view -- but the food was bad and they didn't have half the things on menu.

Environment: The hotel is in a quiet corner next to the lively Liulang Singying, adjacent to the West Lake, with exclusive lake views, and Leifeng Pagoda is in front of you. Inside the hotel is the Imperial Garden of the Song Dynasty. History is around you and it is so beautiful. Hygiene: Hygiene is very good and very clean. Facilities: The facilities are complete and considerate, the hotel supplies are of good quality, and the bedding is very comfortable.

The young lady at the front desk was very gentle and watched our family of three 👨‍👩‍👦 and was upgraded for free. In the little children's room, our daughter saw the pink unicorn inseparable from her eyes, and finally the front desk manager gave it to us directly. Free parking for in-house guests. The parking lot is 100 meters away from the hotel, very close and safe. You can check out until 2 pm.

Excellent location, 3 min walk to Hefang Street. Barely any facilities though. Rooms were clean enough, but there is lingering smoke smell from the exhaust fans in the toilet. Shower was good. Annoying thing was that every time you walk into the room and insert your keycard, the TV switches on and plays really loud music which we had to turn off every time. Great check in and check out times though :) Not many places to get on a Didi / taxi, since there isn't a driveway, so you need to be fast when ordering a taxi.

I checked in during the rice special forces tour on the weekend ~ The location is very good, the house seems to be a historically protected building, and I stayed in an inner room on the first floor, which was very quiet. The decoration materials are made of natural wood, bamboo and other natural environmentally friendly materials. I stayed there for two days and it was very comfortable. The first time I took my children to Hangzhou to play alone, I arrived at almost ten o'clock in the evening. I saw this on Trip.com and placed an order decisively on the subway. I was worried, but after I arrived, I found that this place was close to everywhere. Hefang Street, Yintai, and West Lake were all nearby, and Hangzhou Public Security Bureau was opposite, which was too safe. After check-in, no matter what time, the landlord returned in seconds and stayed for two nights very intimately, very comfortable. Will visit again next time

The staff is very friendly and went to the extra mile to explain to me how to use the logistic services. The room is spacious and clean. The hotel is located along the Nan Song Yu Street where has many shops for food and gifts. The hotel also provide free mineral water. The only setback is the wifi service which require to have a local phone number for verification code. Those without a local number will not be able to connect to wifi. However, the staff is able to assist by using their hotel phone number to activate the wifi as an alternative. Overall, excellent service, location and cleanliness. We will definitely wanna stay here again if we come to Hangzhou again.

Detergent provided. At the same place there are 2 treadmills provided ( gym quality). Couch provided while you waiting for you laundry. There is also a steam iron provided. Breakfast selection is good with varities of foods like egg fried rice, chicken sausage, ham, beef, eggs, salted eggs, cereal, warm soy milk, milk, bread, butter and strawberries jam. Noodles, congee, fruits, croissant, cupcakes, corn, cookies. There are 2 robots helping to deliver things inside the hotel. If you order food, the robot will send the food to your room. There are also snacks you can buy at the ground floor. For muslim, this hotel located infront of a mosque, there is a Halal restaurant near to the hotel. More halal restaurant across the road near to exit A og Ding’an metro station. I came during Christmas, the hotel give me present for Christmas, when I check out they give me souvenir to me also. Everyday, I was provided with 2 bottles of water and change new set of towel. The water heater, the heater function very well during winter. Im a happy guy during the visit.

Perfect location. Major heritage sites and museum on the door step. A pedestrian street means it's quiet yet super close to all amenities. Breakfast (Chinese and western) is served opposite in a relaxed stylish cafe/bar which offers guests a discount. We stayed for one night and booked because the location is just perfect! We enjoyed our time and night exploring the pedestrian area and loved it. The service was great and everyone was friendlier and helpful, would recommend. However, the hostel facilities are a bit outdated, specially in the room. We had only a one person cover for a bed of two what made the night a bit cold for us and there was a less pleasant smell always coming from the attached bathroom that we couldn’t get rid of , but overall a good quality/ price stay.
